    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @TalkTalk Don't go with these guys you will regret. I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.

    @hashababba @TalkTalk Alot of people r very angry they should d b shut down talktalk. Tradeing standards should get involved even police. Trace the calls where people have rung up 2 cancel in good faith. They never did then charged. In a cost of living crisis. I am 60 shouldnt b going through this

    So this is day 8 @TalkTalk. I actually managed to make contact with someone today but no suggestion or support that materially helps in any way was forthcoming. Contented total ignorance (and who told your chat staff to keep typing "no worries"?....tends to upset worried people)

    @TalkTalk I have just wasted over an hour on the phone trying to cancel a full fibre appointment that YOU made for me to no avail! I tried Live Chat on Monday & after getting cut off 3 times over the course of 3 hours I gave up. Aaaaarh!!! Why so difficult?!!

    @murgatroyd_jane @TalkTalk Its talktalk customer service. Unprofessional if it cuts off they should ring back. I was on phone 2 vodafone uk. Was on hold in friends car so hit motorday so no signal. We lost conection. They kept ringing back i appreciated vodaphone professional customer service

    @TalkTalk what is going on with your broadband every day it drops out every 15mins no matter what time of day my wife works from home and it constantly kicked off the internet and if we can never watch a whole show if streaming.

An ex worker of talk commented how they treat customers. Indeed what its like to work for talktalkputtheylietoth

    @TalkTalk The Fibre 500 package I was sold at my door doesn’t match the contract I’ve received, and I’ve spent about 2 hours trying to cancel so far. CANCEL ACCOUNT 1014395657 NOW & CONFIRM VIA EMAIL! If not I’ll post what’s happened on Twitter (with chat screenshots). ANNOYED!
