Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

Community.. I’d guess most of that is also automated, ie #useless

I suspect that almost all points of contact with talktalk are automated computer bots, including here on twitter. “Community” usually means the user community.. of course they misuse this.. Why a reduced staff in pandemic?! Crap.
