@TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@ledo105 @TalkTalk @netflix Hi Leah, mine was fixed by switching and unplugging the eero router from the wall. And rebooting. Not sure if 5/10mins is enough, but they advised 30mins. And that did fix it for me.

@TalkTalk broadband constantly going down for a minute or 2, then back on then off again! Try the online support which says maybe a fault with your line but then an error occurs! Can’t report it anywhere, can’t speak to anyone as it’s past 6 on a Sunday! Awful service!!

Hey @TalkTalk. After months, if not years, of rubbish service, my elderly dad wants to cancel his email service with you. Despite your website saying your phonelines are open 7 days a week, that clearly doesn't extend to Sundays. We've phoned twice already. Yet more poor service!
