Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

COD MW2 checking for update glitch Xbox maybe ps5 or pc too Jumped through every hoop with @Activision support, who tried real hard to help. Turned out it was an eero 6 pro / talktalk isp secure feature stopping certain internet access Switched it off and straight into game..
