@TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

Terrible interaction with @TalkTalk . Call centre claim they have no way of proactively informing customers of updates on installation. Really?!? 5 visits now from @OpenreachHelp and still no fibre and no one can tell me what is going on.

@TalkTalk Hi we lost our Dad and the talk talk broadband and phone were in his name I spoke to the bereavement team on Monday for nearly and hour to get the name switched to my mum and gave her bank details the lady was having problems said it would be sorted over I and she would call back

@MammothWhale My experience of TalkTalk was terrible. Very unreliable and the worst customer service. That and losing my credit card details to hackers. Found my account password hard coded in plain text in the authentication settings of their router.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve tried and failed over 8 months to cancel my contract with TalkTalk. Every time I call their premium rate no I’m passed from pillar to post until eventually I have to either move on to something else or am passed back to where I started. Any ideas?
