    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

    @TalkTalk please can I have an ombudsman email address to put in a formal complaint about not helping my 86 year old mother n law. You’ve lied every day and she’s been unable to contact anyone in family as you can’t get a bloody modem to her. Over a week with no wife. Disgrace

    @TalkTalk has the worst Customer Service. No internet since 28th May, tried to raise a complaint 4 times but refused until a manager called which hasn't happened. Everytine you call them, they don't read what has happened and fob you off with "I'll escalate it" after same tests

    @TalkTalk Hello @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk customers , my internet service is lost for 60 hours already and I was slightly hopeful of resolution as they said it will take 24-72 hours.. but interestingly the wonderful Talk Talk customer service team is telling me it's 72 working hours.GREAT.

    @TalkTalk this isn’t a reliable internet source Internet stopped working !!kept restarting the router and it worked for 3 hour intervals and now it’s completely gone. Customer service say they’ll check it out on Monday. I’ve got a business to run and it’s the weekend.
