    Hi 👋 TalkTalk Own had your router for 6 day now Have lost mush internet speed Got from 66 to 40 download WTF My upload speed when from 19 to 15 upload I live stream move from sky to you guys Can fix this out

    @TalkTalk such a waste of space, internet speed so slow nowhere near advertised so they need to send out an engineer then he doesn't even turn up. Joke of a company

    Hi everyone 👋 There no stream until further notice Be cost my internet got **** one again I am having the same problems with sky loading internet speed now getting the same with TalkTalk 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    @TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

    @TalkTalk I have been promised a call at 11 today re my broadband but no one has called. I am trying to run a NHS nursing service with non existent broadband & all your help lines are closed. Please can someone phone me I am desperate

    @TalkTalk what is the point of having live chat if, after finally finding where it is hidden, it never works. Your nowtv replacement for recordable sports is laughable. You turned off remote record from your app. Any more downgrades planned. #poorcustomerservice

    @CompanyNewsHQ Umm I would not say happy new year. Talktalk customer complaints is dreadful. After multiple efforts to resolve pixelated enterntainment boost channels I got notification this morning that the complaint is going to be closed. Perhaps a senior manager will call me now. Dave Hull

    @TalkTalk our internet hasn’t been working all week, I then get a bill a lot higher than it should be, try to cancel get told to call then when I call go through the automated service to be told your closed even though it says your open till 7! SORT IT OUT
