@TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

I recommend NO ONE USE @TalkTalk ! Contacted about cancelling my contract as my services didn’t work for 3 months still to this date and yet they ignored my request to sort my connection and tv box & yet nothing! Then after calling to cancel they still haven’t and taken £99!THEFT
