@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

@TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

@TalkTalk I have that on many occasions that's the problem! They have said that there is a problem but not what the problem is give the same security answers sometimes the talk to me sometimes not. just want to sort my broadband out so I can get on with work staff on phones rude unhelpful

Under no circumstances, no matter how good the deal is get your Internet from @TalkTalk They are unbelievably incompetent, have horrendous customer service and no one can solve your issue. 6 hours on the phone in the last 3 days. No closer to having internet.
