Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

@TalkTalk I understand that, however, when you've called TalkTalk to advise your wanting to leave, are then passed to the loyalty team, who propose an offer to you for being a loyal customer, only to then find the offer is available to everyone and all new customers. It's misleading..

@TalkTalk Thanks for your reply. We have checked & 1 of the affected has told us that he has & that it will be fixed within 48hrs. He was told that it was down to his internet service being upgraded and an error at the exchange. We will pass this info on to him and get him to contact you.
