My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
