    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @every_station @Coastway_Will Worst broadband customer service I’ve experienced and I used to be with TalkTalk. Their agents on the phone get really aggressive if you ever challenge anything they say - funny how our issues stopped when we left!

    @TalkTalk My new contract with TT began last Monday 22nd Feb. Ive had no internet connection or phoneline since that date. Your agents have not been in the slightest bit helpful. Ive been passed around from agent to agent with no resolution, no timescale, no help whatsoever.

    @TalkTalk I have been an existing customer for over 18 months and when I opted for an upgrade my order was rejected and my whole account was deleted without informing me or sending me email or text. I have to create a new account and start from beginning can you please help
