Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk Would it help to try a GPS detector pendant alarm on a month's free trial? They don't require a landline. Age UK are a useful source of contacts. @TalkTalk's response is unacceptable. People have these alarms because they're in some way vulnerable & depend on the alarm working.

@LMBD1418 @mandapen @TalkTalk I know it won't help, but when my mum passed they chased for payment threatening to cut her off. And then tried to offer a "great deal" once the payment was settled. I had to explain that, being dead, she didn't need broadband... You have my sympathies.
