    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @TalkTalk Are really good internet provider If they any problems they are on it and get fix soon has I am very happy what am paying for Would recommend anyone to stay up with TalkTalk Paying 61 down and 19 upload Am getting that and it is stable everyday

    @WhichUK Keep them on the phone and never part with or transfer money. They betray themselves with impatience and a lack of knowledge. As a TalkTalk customer, the hack gave up all of my details, and scammers can clone your banks phone number so it tally’s with the one on your card.

    @TalkTalk just upgraded my package with the free Amazon plug and Amazon dot thing or ring cam and nowhere can I choose which one I’d like, or know when im getting it etc I’ve tried to do chat and ring and not getting through.... please help. I just want my gift.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hello, Does Now have any facility that resembles Talktalk's (Callsafe), Sky's (Talk Shield) whereby external calls can be screened. I have considered truecall but seem to be having issues. Any advise/alternatives?
