Gary (@gazzamagoo) reported@virginmedia I left TalkTalk b/c their overseas customer service was slow and poor. Now you too?! It took me 18 minutes just to get a tracking number for the delivery of my equipment. If English isn't someones first language then service is going to be painfully slow.
