    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @TalkTalk I have been promised a call at 11 today re my broadband but no one has called. I am trying to run a NHS nursing service with non existent broadband & all your help lines are closed. Please can someone phone me I am desperate

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk Right - my point is that the requirement to zoom is because of the bad design. I know how to zoom in my email reader - many people may not. Just removing the italics would make a big difference.

    @TalkTalk I have had no service since the 24th August , 3 promised Open Reach engineer visits for which I have takes three half days off work to wait in for , over 6 hours on the phone to you over several phone calls , 3 of your agents have put the phone down on me today .

    @TalkTalk The Internet light on my router is red. I have dial tone on the line. Tried a new filter and rebooted. There is no Internet service, I'm ex openreach engineer - there is no Internet coming from the exchange.

    Just ordered my new Virgin Media package… been with @talktalk for the last 5 years with zero problems. I think my internet has gone down 5 times since being with them, solid imo. Shame about the speeds though… 500M incoming 🚀

    Unacceptable customer service @TalkTalk. One hour international call asking them to email my most recent bill for an ID proof needed abroad from where I have no access to Myaccount. My request will be processed in 24-48 hours. Too bad by then I will no longer be their customer

    @TalkTalk Hi, I am still having issues, whilst the initial fault was bilsdale mast, apparently most areas have had reception restored, my TV in bedroom has been re-tuned and working fine, but TV with you view box, is only working on catch up and live BBC, I cannot get the guide up, advise
