My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
