Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

@TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

@TalkTalk good afternoon, I have arranged internet to be installed for my mum today. The engineer has been to install the phone line however no router or TV box has been received, also the engineer has told my mum she needs a 15m extension cable? Please can you help?

@TalkTalk Two engineers have come to diagnose the issue and both recommended a new router. WHERES the router? Instead you make us sit on the phone to a tech going over the same checks for hours. Terrible.

@TalkTalk Salford area, internet constantly dropping out since weekend. Last night unable to watch iplayer because of intermitent red light on router. Ran your check, says no issue problem is my network!! Rubbish!
