@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

@TalkTalk were charging £35 a month for 73mb fibre. We switched to Vodafone at £25 a month for the same service. Then we get a call from Talktalk saying they an do it for £19.99 and would we like to stay with them? Why does it take us cancelling to be told this?

What a **** show @TalkTalk broadband are. Been getting speeds as slow as 1mbps for the past 5 weeks & now they want to charge me £85 for leaving my contract early. Been complaining for 5 weeks & had engineer out, still not fixed. Cowboys!

The result is no, we will take our £10 saving and go to Vodafone, but if @talktalk had volunteered the better price proactively we wouldn't even have looked. I hate the way utilities treat their customers, and I know this is not unique. Terrible #customerexperience.
