@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Same with energy bills - when your tariff ends your bill goes up. I always put the dates of contract end in my diary and always switch over a cup of tea - but to be fair there are always teething problems (for me) when using a new broadband provider.

@ShellEnergyHome @lunaaabelle She’ll is THE worst company to deal with. I cannot wait to get them out of our lives. Our broadband has been unusable for 4 days. Not fit for purpose and we have to pay! I hear they bought the Post Office telephone and broadband. I hope this is better than TalkTalk they use!!
