@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

You get laughable compensation and a terrible service. People are willing to help you with advice, to move ISPs. Why not?

@YardleyShooting If you don't pay, you will lose your(intermittent)service. You keep giving TalkTalk money, despite all the troubles you have had. So they prosper instead. The resolution? Don't keep putting up with bad service for tiny amounts of compensation. Move to a better ISP, plenty about.

@TalkTalk It may not be a talktalk issue those platforms are down, but i have had an issue with talktalk ever since they went down... Convenient. I have run the test on service centre yet it says my connection is healthy... It cleary isnt as the Internet isnt working. Please sort it out!
