    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    Be Warned, if you are considering having @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup future-fibre. The staff tell lies, give out misinformation, make promises & don't keep them. YOU will end up having to make many many phone calls to try & sort out their chaos. its the worst service of any company

    @TalkTalk Free view service - fails to boot, much coaxing & resetting the box multiple times over an evening. New box, same issue, told multiple things by different people. Upshot - unresolved since May. I think you had your chances, not unreasonable for them to time out and cancel.

    @TalkTalk No I've had enough dms etc give me a number to resolve this complaint. Constantly being told I will get a call back. Your manager thats dealing with this is a liar! No callbacks ever happen so I'm not hanging up until I speak to someone who can resolve this and I will keep going
