@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Yes still down hasn't worked since they fitted it on 18th. Someone just rang and didn't want to deal with the complaint they only wanted to know if the Internet was working....A router was ordered on 28th and we have just been told this has not been ordered. So another lie.
