    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    My elderly parents are at the end of their tether with @TalkTalk and it’s affecting their health. They want their old phone number back and want to cancel a contract they never agreed to! Plus they aren’t paying the “cancellation fee” Get in touch please before it goes to press!

    @TalkTalk Please DM me. I have tried calling you on behalf of my 84 Yr old parents. The person we spoke to was worse than hopeless. Their problem remains and they can't use the Internet. Where is customer service???

    @TalkTalk Hi my 72yo dad has been having issues in so19 for the last week. Internet light on router is lit up RED. No way of reporting this as you cut him off. Leaving a vulnerable pensioner who has been shielding at home & relies on internet for food shops is not good enough! #TalkTalk

    @FitzysGameTime I can't speak for any other providers since I've been with TalkTalk for years and it has had it's downsides where the net goes down and sometimes have to restart router, but for the most part it works fine
