    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk Please can someone contact me about my vulnerable mother-in-law’s phone line which has been down for a week now. Nothing but automated bot texts. Very poor!

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    Anyone else getting problems with @TalkTalk Internet dropping out l the time! Online chat is a waste of time, run some tests and claim everything is working when it's clearly not! Useless customer service!

    @TalkTalk is am absolute joke. Haven't been able access myaccount online since 1st Oct.. as a result I had to raise a complaint, still no further forward and cannot even get call backs when promised.

    @TalkTalk major phone line problems in OL16 several older age people have purchased new phone systems but problem is definitely the line.
