    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk I have communicated with 6 different Talktalk customer services representatives, inc. 1 earlier today. All have been polite & professional, but unable to help. I don't see what you will be able to do that they couldn't, especially as Open Reach have stopped for Christmas.

    It’s Christmas gd day and our internet is already not working. I’m about to be so angry if this **** doesn’t ******* correct itself @talktalk. I can’t see my family. The least y’all can do is give me a reliable connection so I can video chat them.
