@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Seems fine now. I think when this happens, people just need a public notice from TT saying there's an issue. Otherwise we assume something's wrong with our phone or router or line and start rebooting and messing with settings. Just helps if we know that you're on it.

@TalkTalk Now some hours later it is repaired. It would be better if your tech people communicated with your social media people who then could simply say" Yes we know we have a problem and will sort it out as soon as we can" a bit of simple honesty based on good communication.
