    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @gralefrit It's a symptom of the idea that "management" is a job. For a class who can (let's say) go from Deloitte to Tesco to Thomas Cook to TalkTalk to running a country's Test And Trace programme, the idea that you couldn't do a job you've never tried before must seem bizarre.

    @TalkTalk we have registered a problem with our landline re: non-receipt incoming calls and instability of internet. My mobile number was called and my husband was asked to unplug everything from wall....so we lost the mobile signal. You're supposed to call us back! DM me please?

    @TalkTalk .. They even told me that AMAZON DEPARTMENT will have a look at my issue. This is really a bad service. I totally regret changing to Talk-Talk, it seems it is not a serious company. Very unsatisfied. Just waiting 2 weeks more to put a formal complaint on CISAS

    @TalkTalk It’s been 6 weeks since I went live and still not received my amazon prime code. I have contacted help service and customer service several times but not solution to this issue. They keep saying that I'd receive code on due date which I haven't....
