@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

@TalkTalk I got it to work on another browser where the overlap is less pronounced. The hitboxes on every button are janky as **** too, just not in a way that breaks the system. £1,500,000,000 last year, but can't invest in buttons that work properly.

God now I can’t get hold of O2 customer services as their number just keeps cutting you off or referring you to Telefonica or Talktalk! These people are the worst nightmare to deal with. Now I have to stop them from extracting money from me! Buyer beware. @O2

My poor parents are having a nightmare experience with @TalkTalk support; they're vulnerable and have been without a landline and/or internet connection for a week. Engineers come and go, appointments promised but aren't booked. Please can someone at TT help me? 🙏🏼
