Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

If I’d known talktalk don’t have emergency numbers for vulnerable customers & close their phone lines & chat by 7pm I’d never have signed up.

Bolt (@BoltRaka) reported@TalkTalk is the worst ISP for real. Clearly bottlenecking my connection speed with ping going from 10 to 150 and only going back to 10 for a few minutes after I reset my router then back into the 100s. Avoid this internet company seriously.
