Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
