Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

So they have to call u each time to sort. This is v stressful for them & a breach of GDPR if someone can cancel their broadband w/o you checking details.

I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.
