    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk We're aware some customers using Tiscali domains can currently receive but unable to send emails. "We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time. Our engineers are currently investigating this issue." So is it planned maintenance or not?

    @TalkTalk I've just found this. Planned outages on TWO days for 'improvements' you should have the #1 business in the world all the outages you have, sadly not. Which mastermind decided to have an outage for all the working day ? Unbelieveable! Only TT would do it.

    @TalkTalk I've explained repeatedly that we have zero mobile signal there and the landline is broken but I keep being told that we need to be at home to do some checks. Please just send an engineer!

    @FreedomFibre had no internet for 5days now keep talking to Talktalk who say they have asked FFibre to ring me and send an engineer to sort the problem. 2 days now and still no call but lots of engineers in Newton Le installing fibre.
