    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk There's nothing that I need to say on a DM that I'm not prepared to say publicly. Your customer service is shocking and you've been in breach of contract over my Broadband speed for over 2 months. I want to cancel my service and go to a provider that values it's customers.

    @crowmogh @TalkTalk I think they are among the most ignorant customer service agent i've ever come across. They DM'd me with a verification link which as a new customer it is impossible to fill in satisfactory. Then they totally ignore you in the hope you'll just go away.

    @TalkTalk Just been back on the phone to TalkTalk and have been told that they want £45 to cancel my contract, despite previously been told earlier this evening on the phone that you were prepared to waive any fee, as you are in breach of contract. What a terrible company to try to leave
