They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Inner box needs to be opposite outside box to reduce inside wiring also requires its own socket then presume wire connector to router so for my needs happy with what I have.
