So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

@TalkTalk our new contract includes TalkTalk TV but logging into the talktalktv site says it's closed and the app is just empty. Does the online TV service exist any more or is it just through the TV box? Seem to be getting mixed information from customer service.

@CuckooInternet Is there some server issues? For the last 2 days, I haven't been able to stream on @TwitchUKI via @streamlabs When I run a speed test, I'm not getting anywhere near the speeds I'm paying for. TalkTalk show outages but I've not had issues until yesterday.
