    @TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I have been trying to get in contact by phone and live chat for nearly 3 weeks now. - every time I get through to a real person, they hang up on me within 10 seconds. My wifi only picks up in one room of my 2 bedroom flat. This service is appalling

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk @Ofcom How you are allowed to remain in business is a disgrace...no 1 provider for poor service and 10days is up to resolve complaint/fault and nothing has been done...your loyalty teams managed so badly I feel sorry for them!

    @Ofcom @TalkTalkGroup unfortunately as I can not get any response let alone a final response I can't raise a complaint formally with you. This TalkTalk know and is allowed to get away with this type of service and really needs looking into.

    @TalkTalk This is the third time an engineer has not showed up. I had a (third) appointment booked, and you all now say there is nothing booked. I cannot get anybody to help and keep being taken in circles. Your agent just hung up on me. I need to schedule someone to come TODAY
