Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
