Tim (@Bradders23Tim) reported from Wilsden, England@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโs because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโt provide. Added the service, gave me ยฃ4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer ยฃ2 less. So I have an extra service plus ยฃ5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and he was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. Itโs sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions donโt attract many viewers anymore.
