    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    @TalkTalk There are at least twenty reported issues in the HX7 area. There is a problem with the exchange. Please address it.

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    One of the reasons for The Nowhere Office is that life admin has become so "extra". 44 minutes on the phone to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup to cancel a service and have been assailed with gobbledegook about "default product" and basically told no. Really who devised customer service?

    @TalkTalk With regards to your repeated request via DMs to communicate via DMs. I do not wish to communicate via DMs. I do not require any personal information from talktalk. Please contact management with my complaint reference and ask them to respond via email.

    I don't use @Talktalk's email service. Preferring instead to use outlook. However having logged in to My Account I then tried to access the email service using the same user name and password. It didn't work.

    @TalkTalk I am a current customer and have just phoned your customer service to update my package with the offer mentioned on the Martin Lewis site @MartinSLewis. The customer service was absolutly dreadful and I was told its not open to current customers !
