On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
