When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged ยฃ37m. DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. Itโs harassment but they donโt give a Fck.

Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on todayโs call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.
