@TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

@TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

@TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

@Laurenturnerrr_ @TalkTalk Yeah, wasn't happy with appt. made w/out my consent. Took a couple of goes to cancel it. Phoned future fibre & they "cancelled" it - only to get another appt. confirmation email 3hrs later!. After a complaint made through chat, they eventually managed to cancel the upgrade 🤞

@eliseybell we were with talktalk for a while and had pretty awful speeds/connections—they don't offer fibre in our area (se london!!!!) eventually switched to virgin after months of engineering works but even that's p tempremental; seems to be more re where you live than anything
