    I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @TalkTalk now been without internet for nearly 24 hours. Service were little to no help yesterday just saying to wait. I start work at 8am working from home and no way of doing so. Tried all suggested routes on the website. Not happy at all!

    @TalkTalk You've identified a fault in my system but I haven't had any update. I've been without broadband for 4 days now. When I speak to your chat desk, I end up being passed around to 5 different people - none of whom were able to resolve the issue.
