    Received a phone call from someone apparently called “Jacob” at @TalkTalk attempting to tell me I had ‘server issues’ with my router. When asked if this was a fraudulent call, he replied, “Yes”, with confidence & put the phone down almost instantaneously 😂 #StayWoke people!

    @TalkTalk Not sure what you mean. The ethernet goes into the filter connected to the phone line. Box and router power direct from the mains. Hdmi direct from TV to box. Basically it's set up as per the instructions. Its a talk talk service issue which have been common since I joined

    @TalkTalk It does. My issue is that sky sports seems to lose connection an awful lot. The non boost channels aren't affected when this happens so presumably it's because talk talk supply boost channels via the internet. It's very frustrating, especially when I've people round for the match

    Well, @TalkTalk are an absolute waste of time. Paying for “Fibre Speed Boost” & the speed is terrible. They suggested not using more than 1 device at a time. So, no Mobile whilst watching TV or using my Laptop, yeah that makes sense, absolute jokers! #GettingSackedInTheMorning

    Afraid so - after a repeated chairman’s complaint to Clive Selley @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I got a call from @talk talk and she did some tests and straight away it went down, came back with dial-up speeds AND NO RETURNED CALL FROM TALKTALK as promised!!!!!

    Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk. Broadband went live on 29th January and internet continually disconnecting given me an extremely limited service. I have twice contacted @TalkTalk to be told they acknowledge there is an issue but give me no solutions to the problem.
