@TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

@TalkTalk 2) We phoned up to get it reconnected, but they said that they can't do it. His service was Fibre 150 + VoIP + TV, but they said that they can't add the VoIP. All of the equipment is there, why can't the previous service with landline VoIP just be reinstated?

A word of warning about @TalkTalk in the UK. My elderly parents in their 80’s have been without their internet since before Xmas. TalkTalk have promised them a replacement router that finally arrived this evening, 3 weeks later. Their call center abroad is v poor.
