Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

@TalkTalk I've been erroneously billed for a disconnect, spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue to no avail, SMS service also useless, attempted to make a complaint and was told I'd get a call back, never did, only to receive an email saying you presume I don't need support.

I'm now a BT customer again. After 3 year of TALKTALK. 3 month of which I could not talk talk as no phone line. And the whole 3 year of WiFi cutting off every hour. And 3 year of ..There is no fault ..except their was. But didn't want to fix it. Still negotiating compensation.
