    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk His just called customer services and it’s an outage in our area or maybe wider issue but they say they know of the problem and have temporary diverted any inbound messages to our mobile. Seems like a good service as we wait for the fault to be corrected. 👍

    @TalkTalk Yet again disgusted with you as a company. I left in September and @EE took over the line due to you leaving me for a month with no internet and not resolving it! Now been told my account still open and billed! Still no one can sort the issue! Unreal!

    Just spent a very frustrating 2hrs trying to get my Talktalk telephone service restored. An hour with one agent - call dropped, and then best part another hour going through the whole thing again with another agent - call dropped @TalkTalk
