    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    20 minutes on phone to Radge at @TalkTalk for him to get my account and tell me I need hold line as nobody there to talk to me,I had to spell out the words I was saying. I'm a new customer, great start. 3 times on phone today for delivery of a router that still hasn't arrived

    @TalkTalk My father's internet seems to be down. He's received no email since the 15th and the router reports no internet connection. I've checked all the cables & no obvious damage. However, you seem to be having problems with your supply.

    @G__Division Oh right. I didn't know they were a provider. I'm with "TalkTalk" they had a bad rap a few years ago but I've always been happy with them.
