@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@TalkTalk customer service are absolutely appalling. Not only did it take two visits to get me satisfactorily connected, they’re still billing me for my old broadband I cancelled already. I think in addition to this level of service, I’ll also receive a stroke.

@snookcocker @TalkTalk Still mak a complaint but don't let the close it. Also ask for a Data Subject Access Request, they then have to collect all the correspondence and phone calls etc and send them to you. Yo in can then forward them to CISAS or the guardian newspaper.
