@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Never get @TalkTalk Truly the worst service ever. Tried to cancel, put on hold for 30mins sent to wrong department then cut off ring back wait longer 50 mins,passed from pillar to post same scenario! Twitter no better.

@TalkTalk Hi again Andy, I DM’d you last week and you told me my service is fine. So if there’s nothing technically wrong, why can’t I transfer a file with the broadband you’re providing? Is it because the speed you offer is only around 12/0.9mbps, which is actually pretty poor for 2023?

Hi @TalkTalk, I just want to send one relatively large file, you know, for my job? That important thing that most of us have to do each day. Care to explain why the quality of the broadband you supply me is so poor that I’m unable to do this most basic of tasks?
