@TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

@TalkTalk our internet was cancelled last Wednesday without informing us. Then customer service had been a nightmare. Now we are told we can't place a new order and we had wasted hours trying to sort it. Unacceptable when the whole family is working from home!

@MayorofLondon I am teacher paying for wifi at my flat for @TalkTalk. I find my self I cannot teach my lessons from home because the wifi is not stable as promised in the contract. Can you please ensure that the service providers are held accountable if they are not improving?
