@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@OpenreachHelp I was due to have FFTP fitted this week, but no one came to fit a box in the house. Copper now disconnected at the exchange. Complained to TalkTalk but Openreach tell them the job is complete and they won’t come out as there is no fault. Help!
