@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

I really had it with @TalkTalk its been four weeks and yet the internet still is not working properly. They say it’s a server issue and are working on it but can’t give us a date when it will be fixed. Every time we phone all they say is they are aware of the issue
