    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @TalkTalk Look, I understand that systems fail globally all the time but the frequency of this fault (the inability to send/receive emails) is occurring FAR TOO OFTEN. Furthermore you often deny the problem (THIS ISNT OUR FAULT) then incorrectly report its fixed. Enough is enough…

    @TalkTalk Sent a DM, no reply. I’m done. I honestly can’t believe how incompetent @TalkTalk have been when I’m a potential customer actively looking to take up your offer. Doesn’t bode well for being an actual customer locked into a contract.
