I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

Craig (@escapeveloxity) reportedAnyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!
