    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

    @TalkTalk Are really good internet provider If they any problems they are on it and get fix soon has I am very happy what am paying for Would recommend anyone to stay up with TalkTalk Paying 61 down and 19 upload Am getting that and it is stable everyday

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk Your customer and broadband service is the absolute worst. My son is owed £499 from failed broadband switch from BT. You directed him as to what to do. He did it and now you won’t pay up. No wonder your rep is poor.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been experiencing a total loss of service for the LAST 5 DAYS. I am a key worker who cannot do their job & scared about loosing it the live chat service is awful - why don’t you have a strategy to support people facing this issue like a dongle like other providers?

    @MaryannCrowley @TalkTalk Exactly! And they acted like they were doing me a favour, saying 11 days of 24 pounds, which I pay for 1 month broadband is 8.80... like they should only give me that! They said if I made a complaint & I didn't take that offer I might get less! This is how they treat people! 😡
