    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk There's no point. Everyone I speak to hasn't got a clue, and the last person I spoke to via twitter DM was the worst and just fobbed me off. Its simple, stop cutting my connection during working hours.

    @TalkTalk 3 days with intermittent Internet connection. Run all the tests but no fault detected. I want to cancel my contract but im not paying to get out when the fault is clearly yours!!! So angry I could scream!!!!
