    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk There’s a BT engineer outside our house so I’m assuming it’s an issue with their line I retract my statement 😅 if you could give me an approximate downtime though that would be extremely helpful!

    @talktalk strikes again, just had to help my husbands grandparents set up their new router. Wouldnt of been hard to send an engineer to your customers over 70 !

    @Amy_1867 EE is good. Get over 70mbps at 32 quid a month..... TalkTalk are horrendous. Was promised 38mbps only got 20 and connection kept dropping out. And their customer service is shocking

They’ve spent 3hrs on live chat this morning to be told at @TalkTalk end they are sending 40mb to the router, but the test run online in the house came up at 1.13mb 🙄 they are trying to say it’s an issue with the device, even though the same test was run on 4 others

    @mikemogs_8 @TalkTalk Ditto! Even after 10 days of waiting for an engineer ours is still intermittent. The engineer didn't carry a spare router, so will have to argue the toss with talk talk for a replacement. I reckon they're slowing it down deliberately. ??

    @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I've already put a written complaint in as advised by ofcom. I waited 10 days for an engineer who turned up at 12pm after a 7am -9am appt and he didn't carry a spare router! Talk talk said all engineers carry spare routers. Our internet has been intermittent for 10 days.
