    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk My Contract ENDED 4th September Why do I need to Call to Cancel if it has Ended I said I wasn't Renewing at an extra £114 a year OUTRAGEOUS You have now Charged me £32 for No Wifi Also takes 30 days to Cancel so that will be another Charge Next month AVOID AVOID AVOID

    @TalkTalk Is it your policy to leave people on hold for 10+ mins when they try to cancel their package? Total call time was 20mins and I gave up after holding for 10 of those.
