@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@petemorristwit @cold957 Need to contact sky re leaving and see what they can do Will normally reduce - you have to do it yearly Same cables wether sky,bt ,talktalk, plus net etc so connection will be the same I have sky but openreach solved my connection problems and now very stable
