Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.
