    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @Amy_1867 EE is good. Get over 70mbps at 32 quid a month..... TalkTalk are horrendous. Was promised 38mbps only got 20 and connection kept dropping out. And their customer service is shocking

    @TalkTalk No I haven’t. I’m on 18 month contract. I need WiFi for working at home. I’m also running a website that I’ve not been able to access. There’s an engineer now booked in for next Saturday but that’s another week. I’ve had issues with TalkTalk since last August tbh. I’m not happy.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking. I’ve had issues with my broadband for months now & no one can come out because I work full time. People on the phones give me different info everytime. It’s ridiculous that I’m paying £20 a month for NO WIFI. @bt_uk I’m coming to you!

    @TalkTalk My father's TT Phone and Internet is down and has probably been so for the last 24 hours. He's in his 80s lives alone and is having trouble finding your service number because he can't get online and yes he has pulled out and put back all the plugs.
