I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.
