@TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

@TalkTalk Connundrum time. Someone dies without telling anyone their account number and never having used their landline. They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

So despite my internet's issues being an issue with Openreach, @TalkTalk have charged me £50 for an engineer visit. They told me id receive compensation for all my drop outs. Oh no, a 50 quid charge instead. #RobbingBastards

@TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

@le0nardpoetry Swap providers 6 months ago to TalkTalk and at the time they were the cheapest and were best value for money. The internet speeds are pretty good most of the time. Customer service was pretty good but that could always just be getting a helpful person on the phone.

@TalkTalk The options are 1) for home phone, BB or TV and 2) for mobiles. If I press 1) it asks for my TT number. Don't let my first customer service interaction be a negative one! 🙏

@dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I'm on day 2 of trying to get help via DM now. @TalkTalk don't seem fussed enough to keep one customer service person focused on one customer at a time. It's like two to three hours between DM responses and then I get asked the same questions again.
