    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent over an hour with people from TalkTalk trying to help solve the problem- 1st bytexting then phoning an 0345 number. They are running checks atm

    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @virginmedia Absolutely SHOCKING. I've had to raise a complaint and wish I'd stayed with @TalkTalk . The issue still not fixed and now I've been told it won't be fixed and therefore no broadband until 29/06. I'm absolutely disgusted that you treat new customers like this!!

    @TalkTalk Perhaps I could have the name and number of a member of staff who has the ability/authority to use some discretion to resolve an issue where my family member is unwell to the point he can’t communicate but I don’t have LPA - he has an outstanding bill but I can’t pay it! Aaarhh!

    4 months and still not transferred number from @TalkTalk to @bt_uk both as bad as each other. Daily phone calls. What do we have to do to make something so simple happen ?
