Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.
