    @TalkTalk There’s a BT engineer outside our house so I’m assuming it’s an issue with their line I retract my statement 😅 if you could give me an approximate downtime though that would be extremely helpful!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent over an hour with people from TalkTalk trying to help solve the problem- 1st bytexting then phoning an 0345 number. They are running checks atm

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @TalkTalk I'm with you for 15 years, today you cut off broadband and phone. without me asking you to. You lost my phone number. Kids at online school, no internet. Spent hours in your system trying to retrieve my number. Nobody seems to care or want to help. Its a nightmare.

    @Hebbie Really pleased with service from Talktalk customer services. I now have a new router. Only had the conversation yesterday! N is coming back to fit it when she gets some time. One of her boys not keen on his home schooling projects apart from Shackleton .She had a kids' book!

    @TalkTalk I joined 2 months ago and they promised £75 prepaid card never received it never heard about it again and their chat help is useless they slow and keep asking you if you there every minute of not for 1 minute they will disconnect you. Absolute useless,avoid if you can!

    @TalkTalk I'm really disappointed with talk talk service. I place my broadband order online. My upfront payment went through but they can't find my account. I called several time and no one is helping me! I was on the phone for 2 hours. Don't get this broadband.. 😡😡

    @SydMoore1 @TalkTalk TalkTalk are awful, my ex worked for them and wouldn’t use their broadband! If you have a local small business group or BID they often know what’s performing well in your area

    @TalkTalk I don’t need to "drop you a DM", I just need the internet access I am paying for! If you can’t provide me with this, I will request to leave TalkTalk, leaving behind a bunch of negative reviews. Plus I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone of course, because it isn’t reliable
