@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk Just a quick update- after half an hour's DM-ing w @TalkTalk, I was told they're unable to confirm why they haven't installed my broadband or when it is likely to happen and asked me to speak to someone on their chat. No attempt to take ownership of the issue, just fobbing me off
