I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

I have spoken to Customer Support who tell me that I have to speak to the Fibre Team on 0345 172 5132. I have phoned several times but no answer.
