    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk I have been promised a call at 11 today re my broadband but no one has called. I am trying to run a NHS nursing service with non existent broadband & all your help lines are closed. Please can someone phone me I am desperate

    @TalkTalk I’m not DM’ing, I’ve got a call on Monday. I’ve wasted hours of my time faffing about on DM’s then a 2nd engineer from Brighsparks comes 8 days after the @WeAreOpenreach engineer installed the router with the wrong cable and you have charged me for this. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

    @FionaScottEvan1 @TalkTalk Oh Fi. That’s horrible. I can’t remember which programme exactly it was- but I know TalkTalk featured on it before for the same thing. It was one of those consumer programmes and it was a long while ago. I hope you sort it XXX

    Wow @TalkTalk and their customer service is on point. Not. Speak to them on chat apparently they can’t do it told to ring the number closed he then tells me he’ll pass me on. No replies. Apparently chats now closed too. Maybe it’s not worth being a new customer after all 🤔
