    @TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    @TalkTalk 🙃 I’m sorry but like your advisors have outlined, apparently from your technical team you state the broadband is working. Yet the videos I have provided you with clearly show my internet is not working. Your service is nothing short of pathetic.

    @brucedaisley Also makes some websites unusable - including @talktalk’s customer service online support. Not that their team could understand the error due to language barriers when we tried to explain it.

    @TalkTalk promised new router, never happened, promised call back, never happened. Awful customer services, rude and ignorant and nothing is possible a manager told me. Maybe time for change.
