It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
