    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk I have recently cancelled my broadband and need to return the router. The issue is, I have moved but the pre paid bag and label is being sent to my old house which I now have no access to. What is the returns address? I’ll just pay for the postage.

    @TalkTalk This has been no help whatsoever. All that has happened is that I have spent all morning being passed from one department to another with no resolution to my problem. I am still no further on, with no clue when internet will be restored. Customer service absolutely appalling.

    @TalkTalk I signed up with you when I first moved &got youview tv box as part of the broadband deal. But the tv box is not working anymore & I’d like to cancel the tv & just pay for the broadband as part of new contract. Will that be possible? FYI, I’m deaf so no phone calls.

    I will never recommend talk talk to anyone after this, the hoops they have made us jump through and we are still waiting!! no compassion or empathy for their customers what so ever. Just greed. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. #talktalk @TalkTalk 5/5

    @TalkTalk I think it's time I'll take this legally, you guys are charging me every month for what I'm not using, I called severally for you guys to cancel my contract with you and I have the call evidence where you promised to cancel it within 48hours but still not done

    We are prepared to pay it though if it means resolving the issue further. Every contact made has proved to be very difficult, not to just by our own account but even the solicitor has described how difficult they are making this process. 4/5 #talktalk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup
