    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk I have been promised a call at 11 today re my broadband but no one has called. I am trying to run a NHS nursing service with non existent broadband & all your help lines are closed. Please can someone phone me I am desperate

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @ji_excelents @TalkTalk They say Openreach are fixing a cable, there are a lot of area down(again!) ...I hope they compensate us for lack of service and also our mobile data!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @OpenreachHelp Trust me when i say: yes, but no, but maybe, and with respect: HORSE. ****. Sir! If fault via a quality ISP, there’d be little trouble resolving, after a little monitoring identified it as linked to rain+snow events.. But @talktalk?!! That ball would be 100% in OpenReach’s court.

    @TalkTalk It had already been delayed as it was due to go live on the 6th. I received a message stating it was going to be live today, this is poor service especially when I rely on it being live due to the fact I work from home

    @OpenreachHelp If @TalkTalk were a competent ISP in any way shape of form.. one that does what ISP’s are supposed to do, should be able to do, then there would be no problem: they would monitor line sync and correlate fault state with rain/snow.. then report same, accurately, to OpenReach. Thx

    @Trickotreat3 @TalkTalk I've been without my landline since 8th February. Have actually given up trying to get the problem solved. Everything takes so long. Waste of time and money.
