    @TalkTalk Yet again my mum has lost her broadband connection. She is in Chesterfield. Tried chat and calling last 2 times but you don't seem to grasp the problem. Who do I complain to when I ring again tomorrow?

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - itโ€™s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay ยฃ36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve spent over an hour with people from TalkTalk trying to help solve the problem- 1st bytexting then phoning an 0345 number. They are running checks atm

    The really annoying thing is that our Internet was fine, occasionally a bit slow, but now its absolutely terrible. We were told it would be much faster, its worse than its ever been. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now theyโ€™ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

    @TalkTalk even after coming out to solve a problem that would never be solved its about Time you admitted defeat and let us leave. @three is just the same with my phone network both need to be avoided. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜’

    @sueelawrence Thanks Sue. I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

    @TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

    @TalkTalk I had problems, they got sorted about 8.30am...its now 8.30pm and MORE problems. Resetting the router has not helped

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy, Thanks so much. I got through to your team via text and they did a few tests and seemed to fix something and after one final reboot the light is no longer flashing red and WiFi is connected again. Have a lovely day.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasnโ€™t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager canโ€™t solve this issue,

    @TalkTalk I'll dm you but I still getting same rubbish. When asked if the cancellation is complete. Your agent responds he can see I've submitted a request for cancellation. No **** sherlock for the investigation?

    @John_the_hawk @TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.
