Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay ยฃ36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

Now theyโve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.
