@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

@TalkTalk It’s just this is the second time in a short period, it demonstrates no trust in the customer + wastes everyone’s time. Why bother having the check up feature that leads to the chat which then makes you check the same things? The setup hasn’t changed, there’s no dial tone…

@TalkTalk I’ve recently moved house and talk talk was set up on 23rd June. It’s constantly been slow, buffering and the youview box can’t find any channels. I have private messaged talk talk a lot in the past week and it still isn’t fixed. Can an engineer not come out to look at it?

@TalkTalk Ever since I got a new broadband router from you I have had non stop problems. The connection goes & I have to restart it constantly. I'm now unable to use the house phone when it's in use. Can someone help me with these issues because it's getting tiresome.
