@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

So... Christmas Eve and our broadband dies. Separated from family and friends because of COVID and now relying on limited 4G to keep in touch and entertain the kids. TalkTalk say it’s and Open rTach problem and could take days... 2020 really is the year that keeps on giving! 😭

So I have promoted @tastecard to the top of my truly poor customer services table, the slot was previously occupied by TalkTalk. They really have no idea what a ‘helpdesk’ or ‘customer service’ actually means.
