    @TalkTalk I’ve spent over an hour with people from TalkTalk trying to help solve the problem- 1st bytexting then phoning an 0345 number. They are running checks atm

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @TalkTalk There’s a BT engineer outside our house so I’m assuming it’s an issue with their line I retract my statement 😅 if you could give me an approximate downtime though that would be extremely helpful!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @MrColesDrama @Hoseasons I used to work for talktalk. They insisted on a copy of a death certificate before they would cancel internet or phone contracts. There's only so many times you say this to the heartbroken family member

    After speaking to many @TalkTalk staff still no resolution. Problem now with @Openreach who don’t work weekends! Even though it’s a priority case. Problem won’t be fixed Monday but will be reviewed. So no internet for a week and that’s priority! Hmmmm

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 advisors ended the call after breaching GDPR, after i said specifically not put it down and pass to a manager and he still did. Advisor was JOSH. I want to cancel my contract. Maybe cheap but care is atrocious.

    @TalkTalk since fibre update we seem to loose connection at least once a day and can be for prolonged periods of time? In BA11 postcode. Can’t ever get hold of support? At a loss what to do?

    @RizaGonzaga8 @TalkTalk Same has happened with me today, just switched to talktalk from virgin, engineer was supposed to come between 8am-1pm, no show! And yet we get told we will be charged if we are not in, terrible time on the phone, couldn't tell a word she was saying and vice versa.
