They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.
