I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

@TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

@CalamityDoll @TalkTalk We've had BT since moving into our house. No problems. Both of us were working from home and on video calls with no signal issues.

@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

@plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

ok - I cannot get to my router (I'm ill+injured), TalkTalk says they don't know what the router number is +says they can't help. Can anybody suggest a cheap, reliable roaming provider who could send me a SIM very quickly so that I can go online/make calls w/o TalkTalk, perhaps?

@Plusnet Plusnet have been amazing I’ve been with you for coming upto 7 years. @TalkTalk told me you were shutting down to panic me into taking their fullfibre package, but because I never received a router, I never disconnected: never had a problem with you! Tktk are billing me though.
