    Don’t normally do this but @TalkTalk are a shocking company to deal with I’d advise people against using them at all costs customer services are useless aswell you just go round in circles with them

    My experience of @TalkTalk in a nutshell! Loading then my TV freezes at which point I have to reset every time I watch any player on youview. I’ve literally stopped watching television! Counting down the days till I can end this contract once and for all!!

    I don’t use Twitter a lot but I need to post this about @TalkTalk - it’s truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had - my mum has dementia and their lack of empathy regarding this is staggering - I’ll be writing to there CEO in due course

    @EE I’ve only had he WiFi for a couple of weeks I had the same problem with talktalk so moved to bt and had no problem with them but swapped to EE as bt had put their price up.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV shocking customer service was told that I don’t need my old broadband box nobody told me to keep the attached power line adaptor &now your saying it my fault and it will £55 to replace it!! No chance I will be cancelling my broadband with you! @bt_uk @SkyUK

    @TalkTalk Absolute disgrace of a service lately. Can't get a letter of deadlock on request. Now more than 5 working days since I was promised it. Not sure how many emails need sent to the "CEO office" . Your in breach of OFCOM regulations preventing issuing the deadlock letter.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is appalling. I've spent 45 minutes on the phone so far getting nowhere for a complaint I've lodge that's gone unresolved 3 times. All I want is an engineer to come and look at it. I'm disgusted in the service provided.

    why when you call @TalkTalk for a new deal after the end of your contract period they say they are transferring you to their "Loyalty" department who give you the exact same offer that anybody can get. Great "Loyalty" after 6 or 7 years of being a customer.

    @TalkTalk @karavengeance Same here! I regularly take part in survey websites & keep getting the same error message when attempting to access any survey from Qualtrics. - works fine on my 4G but it won’t let me on wi-fi! Fix this now!

    The @talktalk TV box is an absolute piece of crap! Can't fast forward at x30, doesn't record everything, app for TV doesn't set things to record and it glitches constantly! @SkyUK might be worth the £ purely for the box!
