@TalkTalk were to phone me today about my issues with them. Sitting in work and my mobile goes so I grab it and go to leave room and they let it ring for two rings before hanging up. Good work guys!

I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to “chat” online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to “speak” to someone!

@TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I eventually got a resolution but had to contact TalkTalk on an app on my phone. A new router has been ordered. I hope for a significant improvement in service. Ref is REP-5460833.

Don’t normally do this but @TalkTalk are a shocking company to deal with I’d advise people against using them at all costs customer services are useless aswell you just go round in circles with them

@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk I've now sent MANY DMs + emails etc but STILL no communication from anyone who can follow this up. It was a business account. It was DISCONNECTED by YOUR Openreach guys due to tree roots BREAKING the line in the ROAD last NOVEMBER. We've had NO service to the building since then
