I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

Natalia (@TallyWalshy) reported@alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnβt think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
