Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to “speak” to someone!

You then treated people like me like dirt. The day I disentangled myself from TT was a complete joy! The worst thing was the leak of customer data at your call centre in India 1/2
