@TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

@TalkTalk hi, internet down in Rugby CV22, hub thinks it's connected and connectivity test via my account says things are ok but it's definitely not working. Rebooted router twice and light also indicates connection so assuming a problem on your side?

@TalkTalk There are huge lag spikes where the WiFi doesn't function AT ALL, the download speed and the upload speed is garbage and multiple devices get the slowest to the point where even YouTube starts to buffer a lot!

@carolecadwalla She gave away my data when I was a TalkTalk customer. She failed to use data effectivity as head of Track and Trace. I can't think of a better person for the gov to appoint to lead the NHS. Consistently incompetent.
