@TalkTalk I reported of internet issue last month, still every month I get bill inspite of zero service from talk talk. Today morning tried to reach your support by phone and chat still on wait list after 90 minutes. I would have drove to your office in person by now #poorservice

@TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

I can't wait for my contract to be over with @TalkTalk I'm constantly using my phone data because the Internet is so slow and I am always getting kicked offline. I report it but they always say everything fine on their end, suggesting it must be mine.

@TalkTalk v annoyed. You have cancelled an engineer appointment and say you are unable to make new appointments. We have just moved house 3 weeks ago and still have no internet. My son needs internet for his home study college work. Why cancel a pre booked engineer ???
