Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

@TalkTalk 2/2 was in intensive care, gravely ill. The level of service we have been given has been appalling and quite frankly awful. Never would I dream of telling a customer to prioritise wifi over their wife in ICU.

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@TalkTalk 4g but like I said, every other site I go to, works fine, all my social media, fine, my messenger, fine, even the company that have let me down, fine, just yours for some reason coming up "can't be reached"
