3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

@TalkTalk Response from Customer Service: The records on City Fibre's side were incorrect, and the network had not been fully connected. The update has only just come through this morning at 11am, you will be contacted by someone from our Full Fibre Orders team in due time.

@TalkTalk Fibre is still down in York and has been down all evening. Sort it out, noone is available on live chat or on the phones and your site and service checker says no faults are reported which is absolute rubbish.
