Yasmine (@yasartdesign) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or Iβll cancel my payment.

We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
