3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

TalkTalk is literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Quality of connection is routinely absolute garbage. Am I just unlucky, or is this just what they’re like?

@TalkTalk Can you advise how I can actually speak to someone. I am out of contract and my bill was hiked up by £12 a month. I would like to pay what I was paying before I. E. £22 but can't speak with anyone. It would be easier just to cancel and go elsewhere. Please advise.

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒
