He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnโt think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

Deano (@mezza_68) reported@TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donโt match. Call me cynical but itโs a quick way to resolve!
