He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

DentWrexham (@DentWrexham) reported@TalkTalk Hard to believe this ! What a shambles, Openreach engineer turned up (The 2 nd one)(2nd Visit) sorry mate canโt do that need specialist fitter. I really have no confidence whatsoever now, the communication just to fit fibre is awful.
