    @TalkTalk I have 2 connected, the service has been poor since I got it, I turn the box off for 5 mins and the same thing happens

    I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to β€œchat” online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to β€œspeak” to someone!

    @Gemma_Fox @ImSamSquire @TalkTalk @NOWTV @EE I have them too, mine has been fine so far. My parents had Talk talk and said it was awful and they don’t even have a clue about speeds etc

    Thank **** our contract with TalkTalk for internet ends in a few weeks. Bloody disgrace how slow it is and to make matters worse, it's actually had no connection for a few hours now πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

    @TalkTalk were to phone me today about my issues with them. Sitting in work and my mobile goes so I grab it and go to leave room and they let it ring for two rings before hanging up. Good work guys!

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I eventually got a resolution but had to contact TalkTalk on an app on my phone. A new router has been ordered. I hope for a significant improvement in service. Ref is REP-5460833.

    @TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over Β£3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

    Why are your phone lines closed at this time? My account will not let me log in from abroad as it says it cannot facilitate it - this is ridiculous and you need to find a better way to deal with important problems on your site @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

    Between Ryan Macmillan in the CEO's office at @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp who's team can't install the service at my uncles flat, you will end up putting me in hospital with all the dam stress you are causing me right now, fed up with empty promises & lack of customer service😑

    Save to say, @TalkTalk have been consistently bottom of the pile customer service wise this year for me and have given me the most grief. I'm looking forward to my contract with them ending in a couple of months.

    @_Alpha_Delta That’s helpful thank you! We’ve never had issues with TalkTalk broadband(albeit in a short amount of time) just didn’t want to move to sky and find it worse!
