    Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

    Dear all, Please be careful when you subscribe with @TalkTalk This is not first time i make enquiries and report about poor service by them. For instance, i subscribed Fiber 65. Unfortunately i just get below 5mbps connection. How much money the got from customer? Unprofessional

    @TalkTalk Well after many years I have decided to leave TalkTalk mainly due to poor quality Wi-fi, but also down to poor quality customer service and any excuse to charge more for their service. I am leaving 9 days early.. guess what.. they are charging me! #madetherightdecision

    @TalkTalk You must know that your email servers are down? They are now working OK again. But that is FIVE HOURS without being able to send emails via Outlook. That is the 3rd time this month this has happened. Seriously ‘not good enough’
