@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

@TalkTalk once again I am paying for a service that you are not providing to satisfaction. Had internet drop outs for months which no one I called took seriously, and now my internet has been down for nearly 3 hours. Great job. Moving providers as soon as I can.

So now it seems @TalkTalk are just cutting people off in their chat... This is getting ridiculous... Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

Internet is down. My partner is on the phone with customer services at @TalkTalk. We’re faffing around trying to ply off the cover to our DLS port. Literally the only bit I decided to help for… and I cut my finger reeeeeeaaaaal deep. This is why I’m not allowed to do DIY
