    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I eventually got a resolution but had to contact TalkTalk on an app on my phone. A new router has been ordered. I hope for a significant improvement in service. Ref is REP-5460833.

    I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to “chat” online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to “speak” to someone!

    I don’t use Twitter a lot but I need to post this about @TalkTalk - it’s truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had - my mum has dementia and their lack of empathy regarding this is staggering - I’ll be writing to there CEO in due course

    @EE I’ve only had he WiFi for a couple of weeks I had the same problem with talktalk so moved to bt and had no problem with them but swapped to EE as bt had put their price up.

    @TalkTalk Absolute disgrace of a service lately. Can't get a letter of deadlock on request. Now more than 5 working days since I was promised it. Not sure how many emails need sent to the "CEO office" . Your in breach of OFCOM regulations preventing issuing the deadlock letter.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is appalling. I've spent 45 minutes on the phone so far getting nowhere for a complaint I've lodge that's gone unresolved 3 times. All I want is an engineer to come and look at it. I'm disgusted in the service provided.

    why when you call @TalkTalk for a new deal after the end of your contract period they say they are transferring you to their "Loyalty" department who give you the exact same offer that anybody can get. Great "Loyalty" after 6 or 7 years of being a customer.

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike. I switched to a new supplier in May. BT installed a fibre line & removed the old line (with your service) in error. I emailed TT the next day to explain. Not only have I not needed but I've not had any service with you since May 28 but I'm asked to pay until Aug 26

    @Ofcom I need your help regarding a complaint with @TalkTalk from day one I have been reporting slow internet and poor service than what I was promised. Cancellation department doesn't want to speak and I've been transferred to one dept to another. They also want to charge fee.

    My @TalkTalk internet router is not working. I've received an automated email saying an engineer will come out in the next 3 working days to fix the problem. It's a bank holiday weekend so it looks like the issue will not be resolved until next week! 🙄
