Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife

Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

@TalkTalk Spent an hour on the phone to that number yesterday trying to get my service sorted. I find it ridiculous that a company dealing in telephone and internet, cannot make outbound calls. Says it all. No wonder the service is shocking.

@TalkTalk once again our internet has stopped working. Had an engineer out only a couple of weeks ago to fix last fault. Router has a red light that won't reset even after a power cycle.

@EE It's not very good. I'm on my second router, same type, and the signal is poor throughout my home. I'm now waiting until I don't have to pay EE any more money than I have to and will revert to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've been using Callsafe successfully for a few years but it appears to have stopped working. Tried reactivating it in 'My Account' and by phone but neither worked. Signed up to Fibre150 a few days ago so wondering if this has caused the issue. Could you look at this please?
