@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

Thank **** our contract with TalkTalk for internet ends in a few weeks. Bloody disgrace how slow it is and to make matters worse, it's actually had no connection for a few hours now 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to “chat” online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to “speak” to someone!

@TalkTalk were to phone me today about my issues with them. Sitting in work and my mobile goes so I grab it and go to leave room and they let it ring for two rings before hanging up. Good work guys!

So now it seems @TalkTalk are just cutting people off in their chat... This is getting ridiculous... Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

@TalkTalk once again I am paying for a service that you are not providing to satisfaction. Had internet drop outs for months which no one I called took seriously, and now my internet has been down for nearly 3 hours. Great job. Moving providers as soon as I can.

@TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I eventually got a resolution but had to contact TalkTalk on an app on my phone. A new router has been ordered. I hope for a significant improvement in service. Ref is REP-5460833.

@TalkTalk no working phone line for over year, constant phone calls and when we asked for some sort of reimbursement for lack of service we were offered £10, but then said because you are loyal customers we will offer you £13, this offer was then withdrawn when we asked to leave

Day 2 - @TalkTalk 1hour 30 minutes into a call and your technical advisor still can’t seem to get hold of any management or anyone capable of fixing the issue “on our system it’s fine “would I be calling if it was fine” clearly not can’t wait to cancel!

@TalkTalk Terrible service. My 95 year old Mum is without her talk talk phone until Monday. The first engineer available is 5 days away even though she’s on their “vulnerable” list. Shocking!

@TalkTalk 2/2 was in intensive care, gravely ill. The level of service we have been given has been appalling and quite frankly awful. Never would I dream of telling a customer to prioritise wifi over their wife in ICU.

I could cry. Finished uni today and instead of feeling relieved, I’m stressed. Burnt through 40gb of data dealing with thesis submission **** because @TalkTalk WiFi refuses to let me upload. And @virginmedia / mobile is too expensive to add data on 😩😩😩😩😩
