    @TalkTalkGroup why am I receiving emails from talktalk saying my email will be closed because it is not associated with a broadband account. I have spoken to one of your colleagues regarding this issue and she confirms that I do have a broadband contract .

    Donโ€™t normally do this but @TalkTalk are a shocking company to deal with Iโ€™d advise people against using them at all costs customer services are useless aswell you just go round in circles with them

    @TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™m having YET more connection issues after receiving a replacement hub numerous weeks ago, itโ€™s getting ridiculous how often my supposed Fibre 65 connection just cuts off entirely or drops ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

    @TalkTalk Firstly you say you hadnโ€™t received a refund request , now you say the refund has been processed twice . Can you see how utterly incompetent you look . Beyond pathetic. Just pay me the money you owe me by Friday. I think a child could handle customer service better than you guys

    @JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.

    @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

    @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April
