No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

I have spoken to one of your colleagues regarding this issue and she confirms that I do have a broadband contract .

Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.
