@BagenalCharley @TalkTalk Mine has been disconnected for more then a month and after calling them every three days, still not working. They are unprofessional and the UK government should provide for laws to protect the citizens against these abuses.

You know whats worse than this snow? The customer service @TalkTalk. Don't listen, don't follow through, talk over you, put you on hold when you are talking to them.

@TalkTalk But why is the Internet not working for months why can't you give is good Internet we pay a lot of money every month and the speds goes to 0.01mbps is devastating. I want you to make sure to answer calls from now on there's probably hundreds of people with the same issue.
