@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

@TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

@TalkTalk guys this is getting ridiculous now, almost on a daily basis I’m suffering drops in my internet (I was sent a replacement a few weeks ago) because I was having the same with my previous router… it’s getting to the point I’m thinking of looking elsewhere for my service

@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

@TalkTalk I’m having YET more connection issues after receiving a replacement hub numerous weeks ago, it’s getting ridiculous how often my supposed Fibre 65 connection just cuts off entirely or drops 😡😡😡

@TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I can't recommend Vodafone enough, for home broadband at least. They give up user/pass to use your own router and allow a free static IP. Customer service also excellent and fast.

No matter what the organisation, from banks to retailers, many are now based in the Philippines, and even after the third time of asking you still can't catch their name let alone get issues resolved. Complete meltdown.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Had the same issue, poor speeds and random drops of network. Impossible to use, took hours on the phone but got the contract cancelled and went virgin, never had a issue. Well apart from the virgin owner being a friend of epstein, and we all know what they are.
