Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

All you can get is someone reading a nonsense script in the Philippines, you can’t speak to UK customer service. AVOID these clowns!
