    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

    @TalkTalk but this person is sayings I never called yesterday and no engineers were scheduled but they have just been in my house 😂...on the line to a manager as this is rediculous
