    @abchloeg @TalkTalk I’m a first time customer and had my auntie sit in the house for the engineer coming out, for the engineer to do work outside my home and not tell my auntie that he had completed the work outside. Then i found out there is two types of engineers..🤔

    Just had my £900 18 month fibre order cancelled by @talktalk. Customer Service response ‘don’t know why it’s happened, you could try and place it again and hope it’s not cancelled.’ Nah, you’re alright. I’ll give @SkyHelpTeam a chance.

    @TalkTalk Just came home from work and my wifi it’s not working. The router has an orange light permanently. Tried to re-start it but it still doesn’t work. There’s any faulty on my area? It’s M14

    @TalkTalk I sent a written complaint on Monday (by post). Is it worth sending you a DM as well? Then it will end up like all my phone calls, ie with no results at all...

    @TalkTalk Your business broadband service is a joke so far. Engineer sent out and then told my switch on date has been changed to two weeks later than scheduled. No proper internet to run my business. Told I can only log a complaint when my connection is active. Here's one now.

    @TalkTalk well well well, my Internet doesn't work yet again, more amazing value and service from a "trusted" network provider, avoid this company at all costs, I will ring say it doesn't work they will send an engineer who won't show then give you the bill of 60 pounds hmmm
