    @TalkTalk I am on a Chromebook on TT home WiFi. The DM envelope is down the side. I can't see a banner. On the left of your tweet there is a small coloured "TalkTalk" with "For Everyone" underneath. I can't access TalkTalk site & had TT emails through Outlook & bills by post for years.

    @MittenDAmour The password to access the WiFi network isn’t (or shouldn’t be) the same as that to access the admin page of the router. I’m not sure about TalkTalk specifically but many now ask you to change the admin password as part of the setup process..

    I need to rename the ******* split wifi of differing hz so I can pick which ******* one to connect to and dear GOD TalkTalk do not make it easy to seek help.

    @TalkTalk are there any area outages? It’s saying it’s connected to the internet and there are no problems but every time I access the internet it says it isn’t connected and will not work.
