@badcsuk @TalkTalk Talktalk disconnected my internet despite no homemove reported 5 days prior and didn't restore line even after 15days. No action despite 15-20 times chase. Most customer care executives just sell new contract every time and provide future dates

@TalkTalk I have recently cancelled my broadband and need to return the router. The issue is, I have moved but the pre paid bag and label is being sent to my old house which I now have no access to. What is the returns address? I’ll just pay for the postage.

@TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

@TalkTalk I am a pipex user who notified that I should change my settings with my email apps Outlook, android apps, etc. to include settings using SSL and ports 993 and 587. It doesn't work. The only way I can use my email is by using webmail.
