@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply, but my issue is actually with @Plusnet - the original tweet asked them for assistance, but not heard from them. @plusnethelp why are my speeds regularly 20 - 30mbps slower than the month before we switched to you?????

@ap_cook @mattyroden @Hyperoptic Yeah what had in the old flat. If you had a wired connection and did the test it would be even faster. WiFi still loses alot of signal strength and more devices connected more congestion. Working for talktalk tech department has its benefits lol

So @TalkTalk don’t have a phone number for faults. We’re can’t log onto my mother’s account to report the fault because her broadband is down. It will literally be easier to move to another supplier, won’t it? #talktalk

@TalkTalk hello:started getting daily automated calls saying my internet’s going to be turned off unless I press 1. Pretty sure these are spam,but some idiot companies are genuinely using autodiallers now…? Also,DNS *did* stop functioning last night,but overrode it to 8.8.8.8…

@TalkTalk Still waiting for a phone call from yourself to sort out an engineer to call , I have signed up to a new contract and the cooling off period is getting closer , if nothing is sorted soon I will cancel my subscription

@TalkTalk Our internet service is intermittent in Buckinghamshire. Your website shows a fault within the M25 area, and lots of other reports. Can you widen the affected area please and see that the incident is resolved?

@TalkTalk Why does your phone line state you started a service update on 12/01 at 1am and it should be completed by 11/01 11:52pm, while very precise that would be somewhat of a paradox and it 2as over a month ago!
