    Stay away from @TalkTalk ! Engineer never turned up for the installation appointment last week and they never bothered to get in contact. Was messed around with new appointment dates then they offered 5th May!! Ludicrous. Goodbye

    @ROBNEALshowman @TalkTalk Good luck with that. I’ve had problems for over a month but because I was tolerant and didn’t report it initially, I now have to wait until next week to be released from the contract without paying. Even though they CANT fix the issue.

    Please @TalkTalk get me reconnected ASAP and compensate me for lack of service I have been receiving. OR cancel my account with compensation and without early leaving fees so that I can find a new broadband supplier who is able to get me online again

    @TalkTalk I want to leave some positive feedback. Even though the website has its faults with the technical issues. The service was amazing. I reported an issue with my connection and they came by the next day and fixed it. They didn't leave us offline for too long.
