On Monday at 10:30am I was told @OpenreachHelp would fix external cables and I'll have WiFi with @TalkTalk within 48 hours. Let's see if they keep their promise, as I've now had no WiFi for a whole week...

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.
