@TalkTalk every single one of your chat agents has lied to me. You failed to turn on my fibre for a month. You sent me 4 identical routers even though that wasn't the problem. You promised a refund in this bill which hasn't gone through. Shockingly bad.

Does @TalkTalkBizCare monitor their Twitter feed? Please let us know what's happened to F2S (freedom2surf) email services. Email services have been offline since yesterday (24/07/22), so no email in/out, but no mention of any issue/fix from them. #f2s #TalkTalk #TalkTalkBusiness

@TalkTalk My Dad's been trying to move to NOW Entertainment as he's had messages that his TV package won't continue past 01 Aug. there were problems with the email link sent and now he is caught in having to have the request cancelled and then reinstated. He is worried his TV won't work.

Paying almost £40 a month for an horrendous signal @TalkTalk. Everytime I call about cancelling, I’m on the phone waiting forever! I just want to end my contract that I’ve been in for 3 years!

@TalkTalk Thanks, I have already tried using your online chat support 2 or 3 times and I get told the issue is resolved, but it's still running at 29mbps d/l speed (using your own website's speed test) I'll send a DM.

@TalkTalk The several chat agents that promised me my fibre would go online, who sent me identical routers over and over when my fibre just wasn't switched on, who promised me a refund, all said they would help, every single one lied
