@talktalk pt 2 of message.... When I rang to cancel I was told I would have to pay until the end of the month despite my contract ending on 13th as I have to give 30 days notice. You never informed me via email until after 30 days that my contract was ending. Not fair. @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Shocking customer support from your live chat staff. Two chats to try and cancel services lasting an hour, both times I was faced with delay tactics and offered loads of different deals. On top of that when I had enough they said they couldn't cancel via that service!

Recommended my 74 year old father to go to @TalkTalk for fibre broadband, wish I hadn’t bothered, install the equipment, engineer leaves, we try to setup and doesn’t work!!! 3 hours onto customer care and still not sorted, & online chat function doesn’t even work!!

@TalkTalk download speed been 5 for months..(18 guaranteed) for a few days the fault is evident and has ‘contact the team’ on it..problem is broadband is so bad chat won’t load! Then I get a text saying it’s all good! HELP

@TalkTalk Been with Talk Talk for 10 years. Misbilled for 6 plus months. Took 2 months to get a refund, only to have them re-debited the entire amount again despite written confirmation they would. No response to my complaint since.
