Once again terrible experience with @TalkTalk! Over an hour on the phone (most of it was "let me double check and put you on hold") that got me nowhere!! Seriously the worst call center ever... they know nothing...not even their own prices and offers:( #CustomerService

@TalkTalk needs to TAKE OWNERSHIP OF ISSUES INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM, THIS IS IMPACTING MY WORK ESPECIALLY AS I HAVE STARTED A NEW JOB TODAY, TALK TO @OpenreachHelp and find out what is wrong with the connection as for the umpteenth time THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR KIT

@TalkTalk I complained 13/4 l & mailed 3 times since. In Dec I changed broadband & told you. There was an issue as I moved to total fibre I cont. to pay Jan, Feb & March April I canx DD. You've not replied but passed over to debt collector & say I owe you more £ - I am furious
