Not acceptable in all this situation.

Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
