    @TalkTalkGroup why am I receiving emails from talktalk saying my email will be closed because it is not associated with a broadband account. I have spoken to one of your colleagues regarding this issue and she confirms that I do have a broadband contract .

    @BenKentish Putting her TalkTalk business acumen to good use and throttling excess demand for bandwidth. Someone with a medical or public health background would simply be unable to come up with this solution.

    @TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

    @TalkTalk Usual service from TalkCrap. Upgraded to Fibre 6 months ago and never had the minimum guaranteed speed, but still being asked to repeatedly retest and wait for the magic 'automated line management' to do something or other while they continue to take my money.

    MEGA disappointed with @TalkTalk customer service. My flat has seen outage for 'over a week' which STILL not resolved. You guys won't even send an engineer to the site even after we've requested numerous times as the issue clearly hasn't been fixed. RESOLVE OUR ISSUE NOW
