@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@shhard_ @TalkTalk We've had no landline since October. Internet has been slow 0.8 mps. Called / complained back then, nothing. Complained again in January nothing..They were supposed to email... nothing so complained again yesterday... waiting for a manager to call.. We will see So poor.

Going to do something unprincipled today: Pay a bill we do not owe, just to buy a quieter life. @TalkTalk keeps billing for a service it did not provide during a period after we had switched to another provider, having given (and paid for) proper notice to quit. #NeverTalkTalk

@TalkTalk I will indeed DM you the details. TalkTalk along with every other company we have to deal with, simply do not have a procedure to deal with a client/customer who becomes ill with dementia, it's a very sad situation.

@TalkTalk No internet access (again!) and the automated service has told me it will take 2 - 3 days to resolve. I have little to no 4G where I live and I run a business from home. The SMS service has asked for my phone number but no one has called.

Hi @TalkTalk 2 questions, Why does it take 30 days to CANCEL my order and disconnect me? And why does it take a couple of hours for a conformation of said cancelation to arrive if it has been sent?

@TalkTalk I feel that way because I need to understand what the advisor is saying. Don’t you agree? It’s that SERIOUS. I’m paying for a service after all. If the advisor’s pronunciation of English is SO BAD that it’s a struggle to understand what they’re saying, HOW IS THAT A SERVICE?

@TalkTalk Too add,when talking about compensation.,no one helps. We know it should be £8.40 per day. This is why your company is avoiding him. Funny it worked yesterday after all that. So you doubled our bill and we had no phone no service how this ever right? When's a manager calling.
