Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife

Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@TalkTalk DE24 9.., internet unusable since early morning. Is on between 30 secs & 5 mins & is off again between 3 & 15 mins. Been repeating since 8am, was fine until 2am, when I retired. Gaming & streaming is impossible, please sort it out. The problem is not my equipment.

@TalkTalk Totally frustrated,complained to TT today re perpetually slow Bb,I am told(as always) that all is well and the fault may be in in my house.All homes around mine are upgraded with the new fast Bb and can access speeds up to 35mb/s, I have at best 1 and TT wont Help.Cost £70/mth.
