3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

@TalkTalk Today, you've cut off my mother's landline phone after signing her up to a fibre contract, which went live today, that she never signed or requested. She can't even have fibre at her property. This is disgraceful. I expect a resolution today or I'll complain to @Ofcom.

Unfortunately, due to a nationwide internet outage on the TalkTalk network, we are experiencing an issue delivering some of our remote teaching. Our internet service provider is working to resolve this and they hope connectivity is restored soon. We will update you ASAP.

Our Seller's aren't going to be pleased when a @talktalk engineer turns up on Monday to install the connection at the property we are buying. Despite the fact we keep telling TT we will not be there, they are insisting on sending an engineer round #fail #talktalk
