    @TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

    @TalkTalk Hi Yesterday you sent me paul belton A dm and i went to look at it and responded to what i was going through with my fibre broadband immediately it was installed. we had no problem with the normal broadband before the engineer came and installed fibre.

    @TalkTalk absolute fuming!!!! Been on to live chat for over 2hours. After 1 hour i got cut off then back on live chat for another hour and before anything completes cut off again. All this to get the new now tv package that i need to take. Can’t cancel as in contract till April!!

    Not only is @TalkTalk too useless to give me Internet despite getting over a months notice on setup, they are now slow on cancelling my order, which means I can't set up with a new ISP on the line. FURTHER DELAYS! The single most incompetent company I've ever experienced.

    @TalkTalk Never have I had to deal with such rudeness, arrogance and incompetence from a Complaints Case Manager. Do you treat all your customers who are slowly recovering from a severe illness in this manner?

    I rely on recordings to watch a lot of my tv as being busy single mum not always possible to watch at time. @TalkTalk sent me new box after mine broke and this one doesn’t allow recordings and they won’t do anything to help. Looks like I’m switching provider soon. #nothappy

    @TalkTalk you mind telling me why I'm having faults connecting to my WiFi yet I can't actually report them to you? How am I supposed to get you to look at this issue if you just refuse to acknowledge anything?
