@TalkTalk Out of contract, renewal offers overpriced and nothing like for new customers...my bills have shot up in price... would like to cancel but struggling to find a way to contact

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi. Sorry to message you, outside of ISP systems. Today, TalkTalk stated that they have booked a time slot of engineer to attend, Thurs 25 March, 13:00-18:00: 24 Stratfield Road, OX4 1SW, 01865727034. It may help you to know the (obvious) problem before you attend.

  • spoilpartygames spoilpartygames (@spoilpartygames) reported

@TalkTalk SERVICE ZERO. Had to set up new email. Will have to cancel DD and fight my case in court if need-be. Digital Civilisation eh?

  • lpgriffiths Lee Griffiths (@lpgriffiths) reported

Hey @TalkTalk. You accidentally sent me a few emails for a new customer (again, not me) containing name, bank details, direct debit info and link to add password - of course all emails are no reply. Worrying lack of care, privacy and security on your part - please sort. #GDPR

  • AndyEMorrison Andy Morrison (@AndyEMorrison) reported

@ProfTomkins @TalkTalk I had an outage with XLN (business wing of TalkTalk I believe) on the Langside exchange at the same time. 9 lost chargeable hours 😱

  • jngr25 j e n n (@jngr25) reported

@TalkTalk I have used the link provided - it does not give status updates on when this problem will be resolved. Broadband has been down since 1.30pm and is still down and still showing as network issues. When will this be fixed?

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@bromleyj @TalkTalk I could more simply have fitted a filtered master socket, however, once the issues are resolved, I can look at ADR option.. customer is due compensation for ISP failure to tackle this long ago. Also tried to alert OpenReach to site issues..

  • DaveBrfc1875 Dave Fielding (@DaveBrfc1875) reported from Blackburn, England

    Anyone’s @TalkTalk internet down #talktalk

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@bromleyj @TalkTalk And, no, it will never have worked correctly, not even in the context of a city street, in a mobile not-spot, lacking FTTC, where ADSL speed max is 6mbps down.. guarantee of 1/1mbps up/down.. Alt option is VirginMedia.. much upheaval for elderly, light user.

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

@Oxfordite @TalkTalk Clearly there's no point in even trying to diagnose or fix this until the line is properly terminated and filtered. How on earth was the installation ever allowed to happen like that? How has it ever worked properly? Maybe it hasn't...
