@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@TalkTalk I am not the one with the complaint, but the fact that I am getting the customer service tweet, and not the ailing customer (again, @Fryguy64), is telling. Contact HIM, not ME.

@TalkTalk My plan is fine and that’s really not the issue and the increase isn’t enough to worry about. However the problem I have was the email stating a change & increase of a fixed plan and also being told that I could leave if I wasn’t happy!?

@TalkTalk Thanks for the macro. I am not sending you a letter and as explained your agents responses were poor and to also note you don't have a selection for GDPR. I have already started a complaint with CISAS.

@TalkTalk So a promise to not increase prices for the term of your contract is really not a promise at all, surely you can be taken to court for breaking a contract, which will cost you a damn site more than what every you make from the increase.

So @TalkTalk support will book you in for a non-moveable 2 hour slot, doesn't call you during that 2 hours, sends you a message saying they called you, couldn't fix the problem and that they'll close your problem if they don't hear from you. They've done this five times in a row.
