@TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

@TalkTalk Having left talktalk 2 month ago and being told I’d be receiving compensation due to my wifi being down for over a month, I’m still being charged whilst not even being with you anymore. Your service is somehow even worse after I’ve left than when I was with you.

@SamRaincock General network kit - I use Netgear switches, my router is the TalkTalk one ATM it feeds into a TP Link WiFi mesh rather than using built-in. I have used Draytek before too and Cisco, both were fine. Before the fibre upgrade I was using an AVM Fritz!Box which was fine.

@TalkTalk I think it's rather shocking for leaving us with no WiFi for over a week..WiFi is atrocious, customer service is absolutely non-existent, the rooters are constantly breaking! Our WiFi renewal will certainly not be with your sorry state of a company! Have a **** day 🖕🏻👋🏻

@TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service. Difficult to het through to speak to an actual person and when you do they hang up on you (twice) because they're too thick to be of any help!

@TalkTalk anyone else having problems with faults being resolved. Over a week now keep being fobbed off same fault as October 2022 and December 2022 took 3 weeks then to resolve. Always openreach will update tomorrow fed up of the BS
