    @TalkTalkGroup why am I receiving emails from talktalk saying my email will be closed because it is not associated with a broadband account. I have spoken to one of your colleagues regarding this issue and she confirms that I do have a broadband contract .

    @TalkTalk Don't worry, after three days contacting with your costumer service, apparently now the problem is in my router, and tomorrow (4th day without internet) someone is coming to fix it. 4 days where I couldn't work. Not acceptable in all this situation.

    @TalkTalk I have tried all sorts, phone calls live chat Twitter You are apologetic but then never follow through and cancel it. An agent sold it me saying there was nothing to pay for 3 months as I am in contract with BT then you billed me

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have been waiting to be connected to the internet since 5/09 and between you and @OpenreachHelp telling them conflicting information they’re now stressed and upset. only switched to you because of your “excellent customer service”. Do better please!

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel my miss sold contract with you for months, you promise it has been cancelled (6 times now) then bill me again then no record of you promising to cancel. What do I need to do to cancel it as this is now become a joke

    @TalkTalk After trying to contact via phone and chat facility continuously since 23rd august and been passed from person to person and an ongoing complaint still in place… I doubt you are able to help if I’m being honest from my experience. I will rely on my complaint hopefully…
