I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

Seán Connolly (@SeanTConnolly) reported from West Mersea, England@TalkTalk Fibre was due to go live on 5 Dec, numerous update calls later and I was told that it definitely was going live today and when I spoke to another advisor, she said that wasn’t the case as openreach are still working on it. Shocking customer service!regretting this move
