@andrewhart67 @AskPayPal I had the same problem with talktalk but at least someone high up finally sorted my problem out and actually went above and beyond. PayPal has now taken the top spot of my worse experience of customer service and a company 😒

@TalkTalk I was told by someone in your tech dept that my router was faulty so they would send another one, I’ve checked with a router that I know works and I can connect to that but not the internet, can’t get through on any help lines ?

@TalkTalk Need someone in the UK to be in touch with me urgently regarding elderly & vulnerable in-law's phone line. Working phone line utterly essential as they have emergency pendants. I need to arrange engineer visit ASAP but can't speak to anyone who understands.

@TalkTalk No thanks, but previous experience with customer services who just read from a script, don't retain information between calls, and are very difficult to understand makes me want to avoid at all costs.

So, I'm going to be cut-off by BT even though I'm a TalkTalk customer and I'm going to be charged annually for Amazon Prime, even though I have a monthly Direct Debit. I wish these Scammers would do some basic research. Like I'm a Insane Megalomaniac and Daleks are on their way.
