    @TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting sorted after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

    @TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

    @TalkTalk - seem to be having speed issues and can’t get over 4-6Mbps when completing speed tests. I’ve rebooted all hardware, still the same. Postcode CO9, know of any issues within my area please? Many thanks.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

    My broadband connection with @TalkTalk died today @ 13h20, I contacted them & was told it would take 24→72 hours to fix. Their service over the last 17 months has been terrible. The last month has been good but the moment I'm happy with it... It vanishes & I'm left with nothing.

    i URGE every soul to never go talktalk ever. if you are moving somewhere that has talktalk, find somewhere else or ask your landlord if you can change. its unironically ******* atrocious i can barely even get ******* work done at a reasonable pace let alone ANYTHING ELSE

    @Andr6wMale @silverpebble I was going to pay for a month to see Get Back but I can’t get Disney Plus on my service (I’m at my mum’s, she has TalkTalk 🙃). I don’t want to watch it on laptop but I suppose I shall have to as SO EXCITED for new Beatles content 👍

    @VodafoneUK I have been in constant touch with customer service and am now having to go through the motions so I can get to the end of the next 30 days and return to Talktalk. Shame your router is the worst we have ever used

    I phoned up to complain TalkTalk agent told me when they sell me NowTV SkySports they don't cancel TalkTalk same service They expect me to make a separate call to cancel it The agent told me he had cancelled it now I then myself cancelled Now TV as well Again TalkTalk took £69

    @TalkTalk disgusting service, mum only had one email, welcome to talk talk, no communication since. Fibre cable installed, no hub sent. Had no internet since Monday. Lied to by customer service #fuming
