Contact OFCOM see if they can get some police action two, three calls every day for last week was not polite to the lady calling but they seem too thick and stupid to take the hint

I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
