Yet another call today from someone claiming to be from again from @TalkTalk I am not with talk talk they are no help they have lost control of their reputation last number was01420489196 as elderly person this is intimidating and ruddy annoying come on @TalkTalk fix it now pls.

Yet another nuisance call claiming to be @TalkTalk technical team same scam about router will. Contact OFCOM see if they can get some police action two, three calls every day for last week was not polite to the lady calling but they seem too thick and stupid to take the hint

@TalkTalk waited in all day for someone to come set up my internet, no one turned up not even a call. I called customer service after half an hour on hold was told to just set it up myself 🥴

@TalkTalk How can you just cancel a customer of 20+ years package & not think nothing of it then say it was done in error once we realised everything had stopped? No compensation or sorry just ‘sign up to a new package and get it reinstated’ but it’ll take up to 7 days. Disgusting.

@TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.
