    Good luck 🤞 I used to be with @TalkTalk before they were hacked was geting "several calls every day about my router India 🇮🇳 accent it went on for three years now have special blocking on my phone not with @TalkTalk any more they were no help they all seem to be equally bad

    @TalkTalk my elderly mums caller display is still not working .... this is 2 weeks Talktalk ..... not good enough for an OAP who gets nuisance calls !!!! Help please

    Yet another nuisance call claiming to be @TalkTalk technical team same scam about router will. Contact OFCOM see if they can get some police action two, three calls every day for last week was not polite to the lady calling but they seem too thick and stupid to take the hint

    Yet another call today from someone claiming to be from again from @TalkTalk I am not with talk talk they are no help they have lost control of their reputation last number was01420489196 as elderly person this is intimidating and ruddy annoying come on @TalkTalk fix it now pls.

    Yet another call @TalkTalk this is the fifth now this time I was very rude and used an old 🤬 curse do. Let's see what happens on to my provider getting fed up with this harassment feeling intimidated

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk won’t let me cancel a broadband account *in my name* because the security questions were an ex housemates details I didn’t get first time (I told them). She still pays the bills but if she stops I’ll be liable. When I ring now they cut me off each time…

    Ongoing saga with @talktalk. A technician from #Openreach came today. Said everything was fine with the installation, except the router was not suitable for the new faster service. Oh well, here we go again.

    @TalkTalk And there's my point.. one of the biggest comms companies CHOOSE NOT TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS when they hear of the awful service they've provided.. you don't deserve our business at all.

    @rhyswynne @matt_davies I've used Zen for near enough 20 years at this point, save for a very brief 1 month stint about 9 years ago where I switched to TalkTalk to save money -- the service was so terrible that I immediately switched back!

    @TalkTalk "here to help" you say? But you can't even help me with a simple request to transfer my service to my new address. Calls cut off, repeatedly sent to the back of the queue and now told there is no chance of getting the promised call back. That's no help.

    @TalkTalk We find ourselves with intermittent internet connections again, as soon as the weather starts getting hot. My connection has randomly dropped at least ten times in the last 90 minutes... frustrating that after a year of issues nothing has changed.
