I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

Thank **** our contract with TalkTalk for internet ends in a few weeks. Bloody disgrace how slow it is and to make matters worse, it's actually had no connection for a few hours now 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

@TalkTalk once again I am paying for a service that you are not providing to satisfaction. Had internet drop outs for months which no one I called took seriously, and now my internet has been down for nearly 3 hours. Great job. Moving providers as soon as I can.

So now it seems @TalkTalk are just cutting people off in their chat... This is getting ridiculous... Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

@OpenreachHelp My internet service has been down since 12:30 yesterday and still hasn't came back. After speaking with talktalk they have said the issue is with openreach. This is in the CA14 2SS are and many others are expecting the same.. any information you can provide?

@TalkTalk Maybe arrange for someone to call me and not keep repeating the same steps, I just want the technical department to deal with the issue. I've reported a million times that at midnight everyday the internet drops. Your system must update at midnight as it does it every day
