I would just like to say after having problems with my TalkTalk WiFi, l was able to get in touch with an engineer from that company called Sando, was an excellent engineer and who had my problem solved within minutes, thanks Sando.

@TalkTalk are impossible to speak to an agent on the phone without automated voice and always increasing charges ! What's the point of a 2 Yr contract when you keep changing the prices and then refuse to help ! I need to speak with someone in person

Absolutely disgusting customer service by @TalkTalk never use them. Can’t even be bothered to call after a week of no internet. I would advice anyone considering TalkTalk to not go with this company

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk another three days have passed and no phone call apart from a text message. That’s 10 days now without internet.. absolutely horrible customer service and internet service provider. I would not recommend anyone going with TalkTalk.
