Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

@TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

Several hours after Openreach fixed my landline, which had been down for almost 40 days, TalkTalk sent me a series of messages, informing me that they had just been in touch with Openreach, who were now working on my line fault, and they would message me with any updates.🙄
