I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

Their system is not working again, canโt log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?
