It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or Iβll cancel my payment.

In the last 2 days Iβve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iβve now cancelled and switched to BT.
