He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

My connection through your status me tells there is no issue with your network. Connection currently 5% of min. Please fix this.
