I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to βspeakβ to someone!

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
