    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    @TalkTalk In Hereford and getting buffering on my movies. Not a usual problem so not sure why. Am about to turn off my router for 20 mins and use my mobile data and hotspot. If the problem continues after this reboot I will formally complain. James Hunter.

    @TalkTalk she is paying monthly and cannot recall the amount so her carer didn't pass the checks leaving the issue unresolved while she still pays the bill. She is 91 years old with no other way of communicating and it needs to be resolved ASAP

    @talktalk My 91 yr old grandmother has had a broken phone/line for over a week and no one from Talk Talk has provided any support to resolve. She lives alone and cannot pass the security checks alone and b/c of GDPR you have not spoken to her carer, leaving her with no phone.

    @TalkTalk you won’t be charged for the service you haven’t received. Also TALK TALK: here is 29 bill even though your bill should be 26 pounds and they charge it for the service you haven’t used coz they didn’t manage to connect it.

    @TalkTalk Hi. Can you please explain why the internet keeps dropping out and has done for a few days now. We live in Redhill, Surrey. It’s very frustrating and seems to be much worse in the evenings. We have NowTV and have been unable to watch any programme uninterrupted by Wi-Fi issues.
