Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk disgusting service to my 87 year old mum with Internet and telephone connection problems in BD2 for over a week. No follow up from you just repeated message fault will be fixed in 2-3 days. Well it isn't. Service is a lifeline to the elderly at this time.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband
