@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Interestingly enough I’ve spotted some engineers near my street from @CityFibre and have asked them if they were fixing a fault - they are! Now why can’t this be communicated to the customer! Communication!!! I’ll be switching provider ASAP!

@TalkTalk 1. Fix my Internet connection 2. Stop throttling speeds during peek times we pay for certain speeds we should get them 3. Stop increasing prices for existing customers whilst offering cheap deals to new customers And that's about it.
