    @TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk On the day, you had a large number of people in East London including vulnerable people and key workers trying various ways to get an indication you know of a problem in the area. Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @talktalk Avoid Talk Talk based on my experience upgraded to 65fibre yet get only 13mbps on average. Sat 11 ft away in empty room & router not good enough to send. T T will do nothing as say they providing service. 1 1/2 hr on live talk ask to raise complaint & they close call

    @TalkTalk I have just spent 17 torturous minute's trying to get your Talk Talk Mail Plus service. I was told that it would be an automatic changeover after 30 days cancellation notice. Please confirm if I have been advised correctly.

    The diff between **** TalkTalk and BT broadband in the dip at ours in Durham is like going from beans on toast to eating ******* class super fast always working WiFi on toast I'm not saying my streams av been THAT far behind but I thought young Vennison played well last game.
