    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @TalkTalk hi I still need help sorting out my Internet. It was very frustrating yesterday when I had gone through various checks with someone via DM only to then not get a response for 4 hours.

    @TalkTalk For anyone considering this company, don’t bother! Over a week of internet not working properly, hours on the phone and chat, and still not fixed! Customer service is also appalling. Advice to all - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

    @TalkTalk are worse than Covid. Everything about my experience with them has been dreadful. Their call centre staff are robotic, incompetent and unresponsive. Trying to communicate with them as a company is like Alice falling down the rabbit hole. #TalkTalk #worstcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk still haven't resolved my ongoing issues with this company since 2019! They still think they are right for charging a cancellation fee when the company DHL never attempted to deliver the router for me to receive the service promised! Cctv evidence

    @TalkTalk My mother in law will say yes but here's the thing, her memory is very poor, she can be easily influenced and talktalk take advantage of that. The company you work for have no interest in anything but money
