@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

Absolute shocking customer service from @TalkTalk. No fibre since 23rd, 2 failed openreach engineer appointments where they were sent to the wrong COUNTRY! Then has the cheek to charge for missed apt.Hrs on phone trying to resolve and the call handler laughs in my face.
