@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@symatt I used to get daily fake "support" calls from TalkTalk trying to phish my password. Then twice daily then one day I got 8. I bought a BT phone with built-in call blocking (call guardian) never had one since.
