@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

@TalkTalk why is CallSafe on my account when I asked Y have U removed 14258 call blocking service that was an excellent way to block people/scammers/unwanted calls? When I last enquired U removed CallSafe but didn’t re-instate 14258. Still not got 14258 but got annoying CallSafe!

@TalkTalk THIEVES! You’ve been taking £29 a month from my mum & she has had no internet for 4 months! 2hrs on phone trying to sort out, we’re told, ‘we haven’t asked for help’ and hung up! We have called many times for MONTHS! We want her money back!

Spoke to a nice young man called Jos at @TalkTalk today who tested my line after I reported a problem with the connection. So far it has remained stable since the call but I am keeping a close eye on it.

@TalkTalk Yes. But my complaint is about 14258 disappearing !!!!! That no-one seems able to tell me why you’ve replaced a perfectly good way of blocking calls from scammers, etc with a system that blocks everybody unless I’ve rung them first!
