    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @gregor_suttie Worth speaking to BT, had a few clients with talktalk or worse... so been switching onto a new BT fibre connection with a cloud phone, router comes with a usb backup modem for 4g as failover, had some top deals & I prefer their support (uk & usually on the ball vs not...)

    @TWISTED1979 @TalkTalk @NetflixUK If you have a WiFi hub made by Sagemcom then it won’t be the router unless it’s faulty. I tested a lot of routers on the TalkTalk network and their router was sound. Does connecting with a cable make a difference?

    @TalkTalk what’s the deal with the letter saying you’ll fine me £50 for not returning my old router? Surely I’ve paid for this bit of kit many times over during my contract? How about I fine you for attempting to put my contract up by £15 per month for exactly the same service!!!

    I think you need to sort how you communicate to your customers @TalkTalk on the chat. Trying to sort an issue with my bill & false information given to me about how much I'm charged by your agents. Never have I had someone so rude on a chat before! Poor customer service!
