    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

    @TalkTalk never experienced a shocking customer service like talk talk. My 86 yo mother in law had no wifi for 10 days and lied to every time we phone. We’ve an active complaint and still nothing. I am having to cancel her direct debit causing major stress and moving to virgin

    @TalkTalk after 1.5 hours on chat with your team I am still no further on. NO resolution after you robbed my money. Now I am told I need to apply for the refund. Is this legal? Are you allowed to rob my money and keep it? You must really hate your customers so much. No reply...

    @Rainnie2011 @TalkTalk Quite agree, I’ve been going around in circles with them for a month now….no home phone, no internet, 6 manager calls which never materialise. Good luck with the DM, never got anywhere with mine. Whole thing is a shambles.

    @TalkTalk @Alloa_gardener Pls can we get ours back online - yet again contacting when in an area that I can pay for internet- ? Would love to PM you but is this an other reason not to say public if what is going on - disabled adult that the carer needs access for meds and help 😪😪😪

    @MarinaaChao @TalkTalk Same here, Sent an engineer out who charged us, saying was internal network issue, despite the openreach modem having both the internet and DSL lights stating it's disconnected from the openreach network. Prior to the router.

    @TalkTalk Internet has been problematic all day, done a full reboot and cleared router cache so i know the issue isn’t my side. Any advice please or is there a known issue around Manchester, Thanks
