Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

@TalkTalk I already did today, was told to wait for a new router, but I don't think it's the router's fault, as it has a solid orange light, meaning it connects to the internet but not to talktalk network. So it would mean it's something on your end.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre scheduled the new appointment for April even though they know my go live date is Monday. I was able to reschedule it to Friday thankfully, and will take time off work again. Is there a way I can raise this issue? as there's a severe lack of communication here.
