Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

I never was and then was told I wasn't even a customer, even though I've been with them 8 years. Still havnt got the refund. Worst customer service in the UK.

@TalkTalk Been off in areas of Hemel Hempstead since 20th June....apparently an Open Reach issue, but get your automated reply saying its fixed, do a line test and another automated reply to say will be dealt within 3 days...if it is OpenReach put pressure on them to sort it
