When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. π€ seems to be fixed now π€ you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me Β£75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April
