    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    The day I write a thread with my last month and a half experience in this 'network' provider, it will be the never ending thread. To summarize, again, avoid @TalkTalk at all costs.

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @TalkTalk This was my number 02080134547 and you gave me this number 02036431966 this has been a mess! Your BB has been on and off so i really want to go back to my old provider it will cost me more but atleast i will get the service i pay for and a company that actually values my custom

    @TalkTalk Did you read a single word I wrote? I am not looking for technical support, the whole service is down in my area. Obviously I have tried resetting my router, multiple times. I am in Midlothian where numerous people are reporting an outage. GET IT SORTED!

    @TalkTalk customer service is a joke. Shuts at 6pm. No broadband for 4 days. Sold their future fibre with eero. Wish I hadn't bothered. Can't talk to anyone until weekend as people have to work during the day.

    @TalkTalk There is a service issue in Midlothian that's causing multiple people's WiFi to be down since about 3pm - please scroll up the thread for examples. This seems to be being treated as isolated incidents rather than a service issue.
