    Finally @talktalk customer service has agreed to put her on an acceptable package and refund some money - shame about the 1.5 hour call to sort it

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    I can’t believe @TalkTalk are still trying to charge me money after they called me asking if I wanted to cancel my internet and I said yes!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk hi , for the past week my wifi either keeps dropping out ,occasionally looks ok on the router but can’t connect to WiFi from any device or I can't watch anything in HD / 4K without it constantly buffering. Any help would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk your "service" continues to be appalling. I've been on hold for 35 mins and counting. A message tells me I'm next in line to be answered - but I've been no.1 for over the last 25 mins. Every interaction with you is painful.

    @TalkTalk Everyone, soon as you moan even with your post code they don't care they want private chat make you jump through 10 different hoops when regardless of who you are they only need the area your in, then they will say no problems reported, then wait 2 days and they just hope it work

    @TalkTalk are an absolute disgrace. Constant issues with internet over the past 2 week not resolved despite numerous communications. Will be changing internet provider ASAP. If you’re thinking of using them DONT!

    @TalkTalk my partner wants to stay with you but due to renew contract and despite spending more than an hour on the phone yesterday, you're customer services still messing her about. Is there a UK office she can speak to? Otherwise she's off to Shell. Need this resolving now
