@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Listen. We've been upgraded to a faster Mbs connection so many times but the speed isnt the issue its the constant drop outs. We're supposed to get 50mbs atm and for the last 2 days now its dropping below 3mbs which happens at least once a week. We're changing.

@TalkTalk Also, yesterday 1hr to TRY log a complaint, I got put on hold 15mins until it passed 7 and your agent transferred the call back into the IVR without telling me, your lines were closed, ***** tactic to ditch my call. No complaint logged. Called back today, and again another hr

@TalkTalk Yep done that too. It took 5 hours one day, I was refused help by numerous agents, one refused to let me speak with her manager, others dropped my call, others transferred, none would open a complaint. Youre still not getting that you have a systemic problem.
