@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Had no internet since Friday thanks to @TalkTalk and @CityFibre Talktalk refused to help me first time around as they have an account number processing but can’t find me. Confirmed line issue but cityfibre “don’t deal with customers, only businesses” 🤬😡
