My neighbour uses sky, who are at least confirming outage in area, and saying could be midday Thurs before fixed. Would be easier all round if talktalk admitted likewise.

@TalkTalk Our internet has been off since 5pm yesterday, High Meadows, Wolverhampton. I have been hung up on by technical support 5 times and the support chat is a joke with no response.
