@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk how do I speak to somebody that can actually help me? Your chat feature is underwhelming, and your call centre sounds like it goes through to a room of sleeping teenagers. I’m paying for wifi that could be outmatched by AOL Dial-up.
