@culturedleftpeg @wrexham I'm on Vodafone for last 2 years now & before that 10 years with Talktalk. Picked on price (cheapest fibre package) & had no issues with either company. Okay Talktalk's customer service when I left wasn't great but they put their price up mid contract & had to allow me to go.

Why cant @TalkTalk just resolve the problem I am encountering, instead of telling me constant lies. If the problem is not solved within 48 hours, I am switching provider- does 15 years service mean anything?
