    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @gorgonzolar @TalkTalk Probably reducing the level of service deliberately, so they can legally claim that super-fibre is 'more reliable'. The worst part is I've actually started to plan my evening around my internet going off til about 2am. Totally unacceptable.

    Currently on the phone to @TalkTalk, using the number that I was given by their staff. Now told that, despite trying to cancel upgrade last week, that it is now “past the point of no return”, and that I cannot cancel. Waiting on hold to see what can be done. Hours of my time gone
