Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

Apart from the last year with them, TalkTalk were very reliable. Whereas in the three years I've been with Sky since switching to them, I've had constant problems. So for four years now I've had crap internet, with two different providers. And I don't know why. Four years.
