    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    The day I write a thread with my last month and a half experience in this 'network' provider, it will be the never ending thread. To summarize, again, avoid @TalkTalk at all costs.

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    @pendletwitch Sure everyone will have different views on this, but TalkTalk are utterly dire! We use Plusnet who I know some people have problems with but, up to now, they haven't been too bad.....I don't think any of them are great.

    @TalkTalk 2nd night in a row my broadband has gone down. Totally unacceptable. Either fix up or I’m gone. No other business takes my money and gives nothing in return. Expect this kind of service from a budget provider, is that what you’ve become? Sort it out! #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk You’ve lost a customer for life. And plenty more if I have anything to do with it. The incompetence I’ve seen at display, the silos and lack of communication and coordination, and full ineptitude is obscene. Going back to @bt_uk who are able to sort me out by tomorrow 2/2

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking 9 times I was transferred last week 2:30 hrs wasted as the last lady hung up the phone, you called again today because of my survey and the lady couldn’t help or under stand so she hung up again.. issue still unresolved fix your system

    @TalkTalk Hi, I’m just wondering who I contact, we signed up for talk talk tv last year, in our contract we were meant to get an £100 Amazon voucher after our first bill, we’ve been a customer since Oct 21’ and never received our voucher? Thanks, Heather.

    @TalkTalk Spoke to another agent today who told me I need to cancel my (non-existent) @TalkTalk account, wait three business days, return your kit, and then sign up for new service which would require another two weeks after that to turn on. I give up 1/x
