    @TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    Spoke to Callum in the "Loyalty's Team" (someone based in the UK), after wasting hours with the outsourced customer services department today and & in the past about the issue. He is unable to provide any help other than cancelling my subscription with @TalkTalk. Disgusting!
