I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk awful service. Renewed my contract in Nov. told I needed a new router for which I had to pay ONLY for delivery. I checked my recent bill in December and I have been charged £50. Contacted Cust Serv and they gave me credit on the 27th Dec via mail. Now been charged £50!

@hannahbeckerman Might it be that the woman has created this problem all by herself? Dido Harding messed up TalkTalk so had to leave then she had a go at track & trace and messed that up too. Margaret Thatcher messed up the Poll Tax; the list is endless but through all that she was the best PM!

@TalkTalk 6 days in a row TT internet has been down DL10. Called 15 times to try and get fixed but TT disconnected the call 14 times denying their any faults! TT customer service is shocking!
