@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

Bad experience with @openreach @talktalk on Friday. Expecting installation of Fibre to the property. Engineer turned up said, he needed a hoist which he couldn't get for two weeks. Said if I rearranged I would get an appointment next week which for which hoist would be 1/2.
