@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Stay well away from @TalkTalk. No WiFi for almost 2 weeks because of no router delivered amd still waiting. Customer services are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. A message will follow this saying can you dm us to get this resolved for me to do that and it not be resolved
