    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

    Another day, another week of @virginmedia issues, honestly if anybody is looking for internet service, I'd NOT recommend virgin, talktalk is better and honestly someone should sue the **** outta them for false advertisement, fastest speeds my ***, coffee goes through me quicker

    @TalkTalk I can’t stream anything on my tv… Netflix, Disney+ etc all buffer and say connection problem. When I go on your chat or call customer services it says no problem with line! I’m supposed to be on your fastest fibre package. HELP! This has been happening for months!

    Oooooh tut tut @TalkTalk the issue I had only a few weeks ago is now back and lost all connection again showing as a fault with exchange. Didn't get a refund for loss of service first time so let's get that sorted shall we? I ain't paying full bill again for this ****.

    @TalkTalk my new broadband is unworkably slow. Does Fibre 35 mean that the speed should be 35Mbs? Mine is operating at 16Mps and my smart TV doesn't even work. I can't even upgrade online as the system keeps crashing #help 😠
