    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @jomickane @Benleo I’ve had little problems with TalkTalk, and when there was got sorted. Been with them since about 2009. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞

    @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
