Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

@TalkTalk ? is ur customer service so poor? Fibre install 18 March. 18 txts & 7 emails some saying install 18th & others 23th. Never agreed to 23rd?? Can’t do 23. No1 showed 18th. 4 live chats achieved 0 & no1 answers the phone at TT or @OpenreachHelp. U only call 2 make a sale
