Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
