Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Raised a complaint and received a number if texts ensuring I would be available for the allocated callback time. No call back from the complaints team. Would never use or recommend them
