Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

@Baasha666 @TalkTalk The contract come to the end dec31 2022.i rung up they put phone down in middle got their attention on trudtpilot. As hassle being messed around. They replied on 9th dec then mean while set me up with other 10 jan. I dont tbing so no pre contractual information

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph TalkTalk. Long time no hear. Made complaint last March after phone was disconnected from house when fibre was installed. Promised call within 72 hours. Not happened. Loads of messages and emails since. Still not resolved. Customer service is pathetic

I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.

@TalkTalk I have had no broadband since 30/12/22. Openreach have been unable to fix the problem. Talktalk have no idea what’s going on, so I made a complaint, and for the last 2 days have been promised a phone call between 4 and 6 which has not happened. Rotten customer service Talktalk

@hashababba @TalkTalk Alot of people r very angry they should d b shut down talktalk. Tradeing standards should get involved even police. Trace the calls where people have rung up 2 cancel in good faith. They never did then charged. In a cost of living crisis. I am 60 shouldnt b going through this

So this is day 8 @TalkTalk. I actually managed to make contact with someone today but no suggestion or support that materially helps in any way was forthcoming. Contented total ignorance (and who told your chat staff to keep typing "no worries"?....tends to upset worried people)
