@TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk @robshaffery60 Same in Chandlers Ford - also Hampshire. Keep being told there is no problem and line is fine but clearly it’s wrong ! There is also bow a message when you call apologising got the problem arising at 13.05 … it’s not back working so want to speak to someone .

@acj3579 Thanks Paul. Yes I am on Talktalk, the landline has been down a week also! (which is vital in this house) They said on Fri. it will be fixed in 2days. I heard bad reviews of Virgin too. Feel real bad for those whose home business relies on these
