@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

Dozens of DMs & one hour of online ‘help’ with @TalkTalk. Impossible to get through on the phone & they won’t call back. They say my problem ‘system generated’ so sitting in dark no man’s land. Strange way to treat a customer of over a decade. Be very wary of these guys.

@virginmedia broadband down again in BD5 area 🙄 I never had a problem when I was with @talktalk. Just a shame talktalk couldn't offer me same speed at my new address otherwise I'd never have opted for this overpriced rubbish 🙁
