Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

Remember the BT debacle where they basically washed their hands of the line problem and told us to leave if we weren’t happy? Well, we joined @TalkTalk… first week was great and then it started. Now we not only have zero upload speed but we have dozens of drop outs a day 1/2

@TalkTalk The Broadband service I use in two locations has been very reliable for years, and fast enough - despite the fact I don't have fibre (I'm too busy to be messing about changing all my routers, settings and wires etc.) - but BT will always be my LL service. 02 my mobile.
