.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

@TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

@TalkTalk Hi. An Openreach engineer visited on Saturday to investigate my broadband problems. The line is ok, but the attenuation on the modem is faulty. I saw him file the report. Strange that I should receive an email saying everything is fine!!

@TalkTalk Not a chance I have tried on numerous occasions as has my daughter. Not only have we got nowhere but some staff have been rude. I am hoping the promise of a call between 10 and 12 today goes ahead. I am seeking compensation and have handed my case to a 3rd party to deal with.

@TalkTalk wifi has been playing up for the past 2 days and although the light is blue, all devices says there is no connection. I’ve tried calling your customer service but they were no help and said everything was working fine!! I’m working from home and need this resolved ASAP

@ghost_wales @mitsyarty Trouble is both O2 & EE, the 2 best for service & vfm, are related to/owned by BT Whatever you do, beware of TalkTalk, I have been trying to get free for 3 months. It's a coms company which makes communicating with them virtually impossible in my experience
