Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
