@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

@TalkTalk I have been having issues in the last few days (and many more times in the last year). But today it's crazy, the Internet fails every 2 minutes. A lot of us we're paying @TalkTalk to have an internet service, but for you the customer doesn't matter.

@TalkTalk Yes, but it was not mentioned when I switched, the agent just told me it would be 6 months free and then £35 a month for a year, they never mentioned an additional cost for an email address. I did not expect to pay and never thought to ask.
