This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

They clearly divert everyone to chat live online or automated to go online and then they hang up so they don't have to deal with the situation .

TalkTalk (copper LL), chatbot, refers me to another chatbot to try and keep me, eventually says a human will call me tomorrow. EE 4 the win.
